It took a little longer than the last time but they were short handed. I was told that it could take several hours to complete because there were 5 trucks in front of me, but they completed the service in a little less than 2 hours and they washed the car for me and that saved me a trip to a car wash.

I have a problem with the right rear door not shutting properly and it just does't sound right I was told by Sunland Ford that they all sound and shut that way but it's a pain when I have to get out of the car and reshut the door when the indicator light comes on

Per-trip service & Once over

I'm 2000 miles into a 3000 mile trip and the truck is performing perfectly. This is especially important as I have over 250,000 miles on the vehicle. The service you provided gives me piece of mind to know it will get me through the trip & back home safely...Thx

"Greta Service

Wife & I had a couple of sleepless nights knowing we were going to look for a new car over the weekend. We experienced a boat-load of anxiety because of all the drama associated with high pressure sales people. In the beginning, we were undecided between Toyota - Honda and Ford. We looked at a Focus first before the others. Our sales person/s at the Ford dealership were Very Informative and "NON-CONFRONTATIONAL". I was impressed by their dynamic & passive personalities. "Duly impressed"!! Their knowledge of the car and its components was impressive. After test driving a Prius, Camry, and a couple of Honda's, we went back to ford looking for a bargain. The entire staff was so professional and non-confrontational that the experience of the entire ordeal was actually "FUN." No drama - No anxiety - No pressure. I must have thanked Moises 15 times for the professionalism & caring he Frank exuded. Good work Ford

Good Service

On May 7, 2015 I picked up my 2013 Ford Transit Connect Truck after it was repaired. At that time, I noticed that the driver's side rear door wiper arm had been broken off. I discussed this with the service rep, Larry Largent. He researched the matter and said that it had been broken off during the post repair car wash. He made a notation on my invoice and told me that the part would be ordered and that i would be notified when it came in. Now I do not drive that many miles on any of my vehicles, on a week to week basis. At about the end of the first week in June I happened to be using the Transit and noticed the broken wiper. A few days later I was driving in the local area and i made an unannounced stop at Sunland Ford. I found Larry and after a short delay (he was completing the paperwork on a previous transaction) I discussed the matter with him. He remembered the incident and went off to find out what had happened. I went over to the service area waiting room and about 15-20 minutes later the part was found and installed on the truck. Now yes, it is obvious that the "ball was dropped' on this one. However, the part was not a critical item or a safety concern. I very rarely used the rear wiper systems on any of my vehicles. Also the weather up until that time had been clear. I have had all of my Ford vehicles serviced at Sunland for over the last 10 years. Each time I have been there, I have noticed the large traffic flow through the service department. So I fully understand and appreciate the workload on each of the service reps. Once Larry understood the situation he went off to find out what had happened. He kept me informed of his progress and before very long the part was found and installed on the truck. All in all it was a very positive experience. It compliments all of my previous interactions with Sunland Ford. To me, this was just a simple case of human error. The part was there but I was never notified. I have be known to forget things myself. So as far as I'm concerned this does not diminish in any way my high opinion of Sunland Ford commitment to its customers.
