Smooth and easy at home test drive CPO
Mark Ramirez and team were excellent to work with, setting up an at home test drive and purchase. Was looking for specific CPO inventory and financing, of which they had exactly what I was looking for.

New Car Shopping
My salesman, Mark Ramirez, was so nice and patient . He explained all the advantages of buying a Toyota since I only have owned GM autos. My son had such a great experience at Lakeshore Toyota that I asked him to take me there to look at the new cars. Upon our arrival, Mark greeted us and asked what I would be interested in looking at so I showed him a photo that I printed from their website of the car I was impressed with but that one was already sold so he showed me the ones he had on site and I was drawn to a red RAV4 . I could not test drive it because I have cataracts and psoriasis effecting my eye site and waiting to have surgery soon. I sat in drivers seat to get a feel of the car and the ease of getting in and out - that was it I was sold. I purchased the car and my son drove it home. He has driven me in the RAV4 to do a few errands and it rides great - I am anxious to get behind the wheel myself soon and enjoy driving it.

Take the anxiety out of car shopping
I hate car buying. It's nice to get a new car but the process has always been a scary uncomfortable experience. I always worry if I got a good deal and whether I was taken advantage of during the process. I didn't feel pressure to buy and was treated very well through the whole process.

Ford truck
Mike Cochran was a good salesman, waited way to long to find out they couldn't meet our price had to come back for different vehicle which still came in slightly higher then we wanted. But still happy with truck WAY TO LONG SITTING THERE WAITING even after filling out preapproval on line still had to do all again....why have app on line to begin with if not used.

My husband and I purchased a used Toyota from Lake Shore Motors one week ago. While everyone was polite and helpfull, our Sales Consultant, Mr. Mike Cochran was exceptional. He was a good listener and a good explainer. Without his help we may have passed on purchasing the car. My husband and I do not buy cars often so the experience for us was overwhelming. 1st time buying a car at Lakeshore Ford and the Salesperson Mike C. was awesome. Test drove a 2009 Ford Edge and knew I had to have it. Great vehicle and very low mileage, couldn’t have done it without Mike C. Great personality and made the Car buying process run smooth.
