These guys pride themselve on their customer service and it definitely shows. Very honest and upfront, completely transparent about the process and numbers, and great prices too! I would highly recommend coming here for a vehicle. Gets the bad taste out of your mouth that other dealers may have put there haha.

I would definitely recommend Lake Keowee Ford. The staff is excellent there. They have amazing deals on their new and pre owned inventory. Great selection. Service is also terrific.

Overall the work performed seems good and as requested. It is a bit frustrating that the dealer cannot give you the price of Ford's "The Works" over the phone in advance because, seemingly, they don't know how much oil their own Expedition takes. Also, when completed, there is a nice inspection checklist that they show me, but it always seems to disappear from the paperwork at checkout.

Had 8am service appointment the waiting area has a lot to be desired if you bring your beverage or coffee with you you must put it on the floor their should be beverages at least coffee and employees that are friendly especially after you spend your hard earned money with them oil change and service hour and thirty min and didn’t use mats and seat covers

They were ready for my vehicle at the appointment time, they did their work quickly and got me back on the road in less than an hour. The cost was discounted because the tires didn't need to be rotated. What's not to like???

I would like to say that Leadet Ford fixed my car but they went a little extra by let me rent a car at there cost that took over a week . Thank You

As in the title, there were so many vehicles to choose from. I have visited other dealers and they always say "Tell us what you want and we can get it". During my visit, I was able to find what I was looking for. Thanks for the Great service.
