Pleased

I always love receiving service when I can. I love their attention to detail and how they explain things, but I don't have the time to wait for an oil change. Otherwise I would use them more often.

Untrustworthy Internet Staff

I was assured by the internet sales staff for 3 days that I could get in the payment area I needed only to find out by the sales manager my monthly payment would be at least $80 more despite my repeatedly asking if they were sure a deal was possible.Less than upfront and honest behavior despite their promise to do so.I'm only thankful I didn't drive the hour and a half to the dealership to find all that out.

my emails

Do not like the emails that say we have tried to contact you several times and all attempts have failed. They make it sound like they have tried night and day. They sent 3 emails. I called them out on that and I got the replie of maybe we should parts ways. Not a big fan of pressure buying. I'm in the position of time. My stuff is paid for. I don't have or need to make a drastic decision. Also willing to drive but not just to test drive. You give me the price and time and that depends on which direction I drive.
