Ineptitude at its finest
I know I will never be back there to buy a car in any way, shape or form because of my location. Regardless, I recommend people stay away. I would not care if they had the best deal on the planet. I plan on slamming them in the dealer reviews as well and in any other forum that I can for them to fully grasp how they completely bumbled this transaction. Not 100% sure where the failure happened, but they need to be held accountable. I wish we could have just walked. If there would have been another exact car even another 100 miles away, we would have.

Exceptional Service!
I reached out to the Sales Team as I was hoping to trade my car in for an older yet most reliable one, to lower my monthly payment. Both Charyl & Paul were most kind and professional! I didn't know much about this process and was somewhat intimidated by it. However, from the moment Charyl first reached out & through several phone conversations, it became quite an enjoyable process. I now understand the bigger picture #s wise and will definitely contact Charyl & Paul if/when able to proceed with a larger downpayment. I was willing & preparing to drive up from Phoenix. I encourage you Valley residents to give them a call when you're ready to purchase a wonderful used or new vehicle!

They sold me a lemon that within the first month it
They sold me a lemon that within the first month it needed a gas tank and axel. Then within 7months needed a new engine and that took 2 months to get my car back and when I got it back it turned out they neglected to actually bolt the new engine on the motor mounts. It was literally just clunking àround in there Everytime I accelerated and stopped. Then I needed to get new CV boot. Also had to get the hood struts replaced because they sold it to me like that where the hood would not stay open. Of course there was no spare tire or Jack inside the compartment in the trunk but I didn't notice that for a year till I needed it. Each time I got one of those things fixed it cost me $100 deductible so yes I had the extended warranty but every single time I got one of those things fixed it cost me $100 and there were other things that I just didn't list here or I would be going on and on. Recently I took it in to get a security recall fixed on it and now my turn signals make it weird noise every time that I flip it to the right I work two jobs I don't have enough time to have to take it in again every time that I get it back from them because they've made some sort of stupid mistake. I hold my breath and just hope for the best every time I have to take it in there.

Great experience very professional. From an e mail inquiry about a vehicle that was answered twice within an hour. To buying the car the next day. Paul and Cheryl were top notch from start to finish. Great people.

Needs a professional staff
the sales representative Wyatt was very unprofessional, I went looking for a car for my girlfriends friend. we tried to get her a new Hyundai but it didn't workout, during the process I was trying to explain to her what was going on as her friend because this was her first time and Wyatt told me to shut up as he got this, but what he didn't know was he was pushing her into the deal and she didn't like it so I tried to stop it the as I told him it just wouldn't workout he laughed in our face and said "whatever"

Great Buying Experience

My new car
I have been wanting a newer car for awhile. I knew when my son went to work at Larry Greene Hyundai that he would find me just the right car, and I was right!! The entire team was great, friendly snd fast . Everyone involved made buying my car a pleasant experience .
