Hyundai of Cottonwood

I purchased a new car from hyundai of cottonwood on 11/4021 and traded in my car at that time. After a few weeks I started recieving collection calls from Hyundai Financial stateing my car was not paid off at which point I contacted Mike from finance at the dealership. He told me the car was just paid off on the 11/15/21 yet after several more weeks of collections calls I contacted Hyundai Finacial who told me payment was never made. This is rediculus for a dealership to take a car in trade and not handle payoff in a timly matter. I have purchased several new cars and havde never heard of such a think. They need to get there act together and fix this. I am only hoping this does not affect my excellent credit rating or I will seek legal advise at such time. I originally gave this dealership a 5 star rating for service but after what I have been through the past month all Faith I had in them is gone and would now give lower then 1 if possible for there lack of follow through after the sale which I guess is all theu care about. Very unhappy now and disappointed. they took a happy customer with a good review and turn is sour, what a shame. Considering I drove two hours to this dealership to make this purchase to bad they could not do there job to finish this transactio out in a professional way.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at Hyundai of Cottonwood! As you can see i gave them 5 stars, Im so happy to finally get the car i wanted! Considering we live three hours away, We appreciate all the hard work this dealership put through, it was fast and easy transaction. Most specifically wanted to give high praises to our sales agent Brianna Epperson, who was extremely helpful with the whole process !! It was nice all the way through the end, Thank you all so much!!

Geoff was great to work with. He helped us get a great deal on our used Sonata Hybrid As well as a fair price for my trade in. Paul in the finance department got me a good rate on my loan. Overall it was a good experience. I would buy from them again.

Allen is the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. In fact there was no work to it, it was fun! Honesty and integrity, the way it should be. The Hyundai of Cottonwood dealership is pretty nice too.

George takes an easy go approach to sales and was fun to work with. He was caring and thorough. We can't give the dealership a five star as we have not experienced their service and parts department. Will update when that occurs.
