What a Deal!

I have wanted a Flex for over a year and had worked with Ford dealers all around me but could not agree on a price. Lookout Ford in Morehead City was in that group of dealers but they never gave up on making my dream come true. They never pestered or pressured me but understood how badly I wanted a Flex, so Pam Pletz would drop me an e-mail or call every now and then with new offers and specials. The "snow" special interested me?..we talked, discussed and then I was hooked! The trade-in value for my vehicle was exceptional as well, so I traveled two hours to Lookout Ford to get my Ruby Red Flex and I am so happy! I want to thank the entire staff at Lookout Ford for a very pleasant transaction and experience! The service manager came "up front" to introduce himself and assure me that when service was needed, he would be there to do what should be done. Allison Willis and Pam Pletz are the best and they still contact me to make sure I'm completely happy and eager to answer all of the questions I have!

NO HASSLE BUYING PROCESS!

Our experience with LOOKOUT FORD OF MOREHEAD CITY, NC is by far one of the best customer experiences we've had when purchasing a vehicle. Their sales staff was very knowledgeable, the financial process was effortless!! Chip Lambert, the sales consultant, followed up the following day with his personal thank you and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new 2012 Ford F150. Putting it into perspective, we searched for over six months for my husband's "dream" truck, visiting a few other dealerships. When we finally went to Lookout Ford; they found the perfect truck literally within 30 minutes...AND drove to Washington DC the next day to get it!! They searched for every rebate possible, and gave us a great trade-in price for another vehicle. If your looking for a "No Hassle" experience, go to Lookout Ford!!

Great Service and very clean. No Hassel

I bought my 2013 Ford Edge from Allison. She was great helping me find out if this would be a fit for my family. The GM was very friendly and helpful with getting the payments and trade in value for my old ford. I never felt hassled to buy. They knew I was short on time and made the buying quick and easy. Will buy from them in the future.

Great shopping experience

JC and Jonathan were terrific in ensuring we were able to purchase the exact CMax model we wanted. When we initially went in for a test drive we loved the car, but it was missing a must have item--satellite radio. They worked quickly to find another car that met our needs and made every effort to make the experience a positive one. Hats off to the great team at Lookout Ford.

3rd purchase in 18 months

We have purchased a 2012 Edge, 2013 Fusion and a 2014 GT500 Shelby from Lookout Ford in the last 18 months. We have never had a dealership that has treated us the way Lookout Ford has. The sale staff was excellent they had 2 of the cars on the lot they we wanted and then they were able to find us the 3rd car we were looking for in a very short time. We will buy our next Ford from Lookout. We also have all of our maintenance done by Lookout Ford service department, here again they are very good at what they do. We have had no problems or issues. They have bent over backwards to make sure our cars are well maintained. We will continue to have our service done there. James and Gaye Lane

A Dealership Worth Your Time

Have been to many Dealerships in my years and purchased many vehicles. The majority of them are high pressure sales or don't have time for you if your not serious. Lookout Ford breaks that mold. I traveled 95 miles one way to look at a USED vehicle they had listed on the internet. I arrived unexpected, walked in to ask for the keys for a viewing of the Jeep. Was greeted immediately, salesman Chip Lambert gave me keys, walked me to Jeep, asked that if I had any questions to see him. I was left alone, as I wished, to check the Jeep out and to drive if I wanted. NO PRESSURE TO BUY, NO HASSELS! Told Chip I was not willing to pay asking price, he did everything possible to make a deal work. We could not agree on price, I drove 95 miles back home. Was contacted next day by Jonathan, still could not reach agreement even though they reduced price. Two days latter was contacted by Ed Haggerty whom bent over backwards to make deal work. I now HAPPILY own the Jeep. I never test drove the Jeep, mind you that's not recommended, but Lookout Ford had gone through the thing so thoroughly and corrected what they deemed problems that I felt I could trust their word. Challenge you to find that term, Trust, at most Dealerships. I have had the Jeep (2005) for a couple of weeks and it is perfect! Some may read this and think, well this is some young person that is blinded by his inexperience and overwhelming desire to want a car that he is ignorant to the reality. NOPE, I'm 53, have bought over 20 vehicles in my lifetime from many different places. If you want/ need a vehicle, go see Chip Lambert. No hassle, No pressure, Honesty, Trust, Customer Minded = LOOKOUT FORD. Chip Lambert and Lookout Ford will be my first destination for my next vehicle.

Great Customer Service

We recently purchased a 2014 GT500 from Lookout Ford in Morehead City, NC. Our salesman, Bruce, made the whole buying process quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable of the car and was never pushy. He worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with everything. This was our second purchase from Lookout Ford and from the sales department to the service department everyone there is always going the extra mile to make their customers feel special.
