Was sold a 40K vehicle that was missing a headrest. When brought up to the manager, Gavin, he told me to kick rocks. I know me or the salesman should have noticed…but I didn’t until the next day, when I talked to the salesman he told me a headrest had been ordered. I come in 2 months later and the sales manager acts like he has no idea what I’m talking about. He then says he can order it and take it out of the salesman’s paycheck. I call 2 weeks later to take him up on the offer and he acts like he never said those things and that I’m just gonna have to order it myself. I’ve been nothing but lied to since I walked through the doors of lookout ford

Infinite 37g for 17,900 before financing.
Got a car from Lookout forg on Tuesday that will not pass NC inspection.no air bag on driver side and horn does not work.Was told it did not have to pass till next year so I called DMV they said no tag will be issuse.d till it passes inspection.Left messages for GM and have got no responce.

Sorry to say I had an appointment this morning at 8.30 am by 11 truck had not been touch oil changed tire rotation .good luck with ur next customer.2 time no good for me I would not recommend them to anybody

Good Experience
After purchasing a new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado last year, I was finished dealing with transmission issues that began the day I drove the truck off the lot. I decided to look into the Ford trucks, so me and my wife went to Lookout Ford. I was met by Nick Howard. He answered all my questions, listened to my requirements and presented his product in a non-pressuring manner. The Ford truck was hands down a better product than the Chevrolet, so I purchased a new 2020 F-150. This was a very pleasant buying experience and highly recommend Nick as a salesman. I also received 3 free oil changes, so time will tell if the Servive department operates at the same professional level.

Worst car dealership I’ve been to. Liars
Never ever buy from these people or get your car fixed. Bad all around. Did work on someone else’s car and not mine after being there over an hour. Also Tried to buy a truck in the past. Said they would not Match another dealer. Never again. Waste of time and they do not care about customer service at all.

Crooks
I would give 0 stars if I could. I would highly suggest that NO ONE should by a vehicle from LOOKOUT FORD in morehead. I was on the way there to sign the papers on a vehicle, took off work, had all the paperwork done, and the SOB sold the vehicle out from under me. This has been a 3 day process and I hope that no body should have to go through this. On top of that the guy acted like it’s just how it goes. DO NOT BUY FROM LOOKOUT FORD. They are as crooked as they come

Tried to rip off the wrong one!
LOOKOUT is right. These ppl will rip you off. Told me it would be $810 to replace two hoses for power steering fluid leak. Are you f#$king kidding me. Got it fixed at Port City Motor for $100. Lookout Ford of Morehead City, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

No cares after the SALE.
Had scheduled maintenance and recall issue. Appointment was at 9am and had expressed I needed Transportation to get my other vehicle. Waited and the driver came back and had been back for almost 45 minutes before service lady checked to see what was the hold up. So after a hour and 15 minutes I get the ride. Dealing with Ford Service is a royal pain.
