Purchase Cadillac XT6

Outstanding Dealership with excellent personnel. They had the car that we wanted in the right colors. The complete buying experience was great with no pressure and they make you feel right at home.

Awful, DO NOT SHOP HERE

We purchased a Tahoe from this dealer and within a month of ownership we had to completely replace the transmission and replace the electric shocks! These are really hard financial times and this dealer obviously DOES NOT inspect or repair their cars very well. Very disappointed in this experience.

Oil change and warranty work

Great job. The hospitality was greatly appreciated! I noticed that they had someone going around cleaning and disinfecting common areas of the dealership. Very important these days!

Bait and Switch and it Worked

I found a used truck on their website. I was assigned salesperson Trace Wadley. Thursday evening I told Trace I would be up Friday and would probably but the truck. I checked in Friday morning and was told we were good to go. I drove two hours up to the dealership only to be told that the truck had just sold and had been delivered. I was furious and Trace said he would help me find something I might like. We couldn't find anything. As fate would have it my cell phone was dead and one of the other salesmen let me use his charger. While I was waiting to get enough of a charge before leaving, I noticed the beautiful 2020 Dodge Ram Limited on the showcase floor. Turned out I bought it spending 20K more than I had originally planned. While reading past reviews I saw where there were four other instances where this had happened to someone else. All factors point to bait and switch, so I highly recommend you follow up on every detail before you check out a car at Seth Wadley.

Mike we're very sorry about selling the first unit but we're really glad you found another one you liked and took it home!

I do want to say the finance guy, Cass, and the greeter were very nice.

So glad you were able to find something you liked and take it home. We're very sorry the vehicle you were looking at sold before you had a chance to buy it. We sell vehicles every day and certainly meant nothing under handed by selling one.

Hard Working People

Overall we both had a great buying experience. Hank was very helpful. We had an issue with some paperwork but it was the bank that had a problem and it was resolved after talking with the sales person and the manager. Definitely will buy again!

Slow then no response

While trying to buy a used car, I asked for more information. It took a while but I finally got a response, essentially asking me “like what?” I requested pictures of areas that mysteriously weren’t included in the original ad, and a few questions about the general appearance. Well, I never heard back, although as soon as I did request the info originally, I got inundated with their automatic emails. Better customer service=return customers. Don’t think I’ll use them in the near future.

Hi Merlin. So sorry to hear about this experience. I'd like a chance to help you out personally by getting any and all information you need. My name is Tasha and my phone number here at the store is 405.238.9681.

No wonder car dealerships get bad reputation

Called to check on a car. Spoke with general manager. He said the car was there. Drove 45 minutes to find out that the car had been in Oklahoma City for 3 weeks. Either they need a new general manager or he just down right lied. Don't do business with liars.

Cheated us.. Never buy from them again!

We are 15+ years loyal customers of SW...bought our 6th Dodge in Feb. 2019. will NEVER buy from them again. Cheated us out of $. A know issue we were never told about "cylinder head". Took it to my personal mechanic twice to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced. Found out by doing this that their is a know issue with the cylinder head which was giving us problems. Never have we ever gotten any recalls on this Durango. Was instructed to call Dodge/Chrysler Headquarters and ask for a Good Will Warranty because the warranty ended at 150,000 miles... we have 155,000 miles. This issue has been going on since November 2018, well below the 150,000 miles. I called and was instructed to take car to Seth Wadley to have a diagnosis done (bill $300) and they would see what they could do for us. We were lead to believe that they would help with this issue. Chysler/Dodge/Jeep Headquarters opened a claim. We took it to SW and 4 days later, were told that claim was denied. We were out $300 for nothing! I called headquarters again and expressed my concern.. a new claim was opened and 2 days later that claim was denied. Asked why? Was told that because I took my car to other mechanics to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced, they weren't done by an authorized dealership so the denied my claim. That is a bunch of BS....We are out $300 for nothing. We have a hard time getting our SW vehicles in to have our "free oil changes" done, so I have been paying to have it done other places. Talked with Randy (Service Manager) and he was not helpful at all.. There is no communication between him and the service staff. Jennifer was telling me one thing and he was telling me another. Along with headquarters telling me and leading us to believe that they would help us. I feel like SW should have fought for us better than they did, waived the $300 that we paid and took care of loyal customers as we are. We bought a Dodge Ram in February 2019 and regret every bit of it....We feel that we were wronged and that we should have this paid for and repaired. We will never buy another vehicle from SW....and we currently own 4 from them... I guess Hudiburg will get out business again... They always stand behind their word.

Liars & Cheaters to harm people

Kept pulling credit application when they had no reason to other than throw too many times that the credit was ran. It has cost us 3000.00 because they were not authorized to keep running the credit application. Didn’t end up getting a vehicle here and they have tried and succeeded messing up my credit. The other car places are asking for a 3000.00 more down payment because of how they kept pulling our credit and it has killed us. Seth Wadley needs to personally give the money for the down payment because he keeps lieing and cheating people out of money. Oil changes, lifetime tires really? All fraud!!! Going to keep spreading how crappy a place this is & hopefully people will start boycotting the evil man and his so called dealerships.
