Expensive battery

Our 2019 jeep wouldn’t start and we tried to jump it with no success. Called Seth Wadley in Ada and they said all we could do was tow it to them. We told them we thought it was probably the battery because we had not had any other problems with it. They had it for over a week , didn’t bother to check the battery and every time we called to check on it they just told us they didn’t know what the problem was. Finally they said they had to have it towed to Paul’s Valley (at OUR expense). Seth Wadley in Paul’s Valley changed the battery and that was the ONLY problem! Ended up costing us nearly $1000.00 to get a battery changed!! TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!

Way out of line for oil, and filter. $53 last time

83 bucks for an oil change is out of line, even with the increase in oil price. You can get it done two blocks away for half the price

Great service

The service dept is absolutely amazing!! They even got me in and out early!! Fast,friendly,professional service!!! They make it easy to schedule too. Keep up the great work!!

They are great about getting my vehicle in for service in...

They are great about getting my vehicle in for service in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and the store is inviting. They offer a place to wait or they will take you home and come back to get you once your vehicle is ready. Very courteous employees. I highly recommend Seth Wadley

Great service again.

Called for an appointment to have my oil and filter changed and my tires rotated about 3:00 Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for 3:15 Friday afternoon. Got there at 2:50 or so and left about 3:40 which was a good time for the service to take. All was good and the customer service was fine. The Service Manager, Brandi, was on the ball. I have been getting great service for Seth Wadley Chevrolet Buick of Ada ever since they took over the dealership several years ago.

Transmission trouble

Had transmission shutter in my 2018 GMC... got me in quickly for transmission flush and a different kind of oil installed. So far no more shakes in tranny

Very Unsatisfied !!!

We have tried 3 times to buy new vehicles and each time they would low ball price for our trade in. We tried to trade In a 2015 Tahoe all they wanted to give us was $27000. We sold it 3 days later for $37,495!!! This dealer does not know how to treat people . I don’t see how they even stay in business. They say they give you too doll or for your trade, HA HA. They want to rob people and make a killing when they mark it up and sell it. We will NEVER GO BACK!

Best service

Not sure why you are letting employees go, but I have always had great service. But as of now you only have one diesel mechanic, this is not good.
