Underwhelmed

1.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. The check engine light is on, they didn't see what codes it was giving, just said it's on. (No kidding, I could see that for myself.) Would have expected a dealership to at least check the codes, might mean an additional service for them to make money.

I initially had come in to sell my Ford Ranger and and...

I initially had come in to sell my Ford Ranger and and the amount forthcoming was the exactly the price I had expected. I had wanted to receive a check for the $6000 that day. I do understand there may be policy that prohibits that. I’m waiting for the check coming in the mail soon. Without being able to work, I have no income coming in and having a hard time getting through to unemployment insurance. All is good and in God’s hands! I am extremely happy with the way I was treated by the sales persons Charlie Proffit and Cash Marr. Cash and Ken Wolf are good friends of ours (Now Charlie) and I wanted to give my business to them. They gave me extreme respect and made this very understandable during the whole process. I got a fair trade in for my Toyota Camry with the bonuses. I would have usually gone to a Ford dealership and had for my last vehicle. I would have probably gotten the Escape. I’m very happy with the Chevy Trax. I also remember Ken telling me about the free oil changes a couple of years back and I’m happy with that. With the three months deferred payments, I’m sure I’ll be back to work teaching my summer art camps and enjoying my new vehicle. Thank you!

This was the most amazing experience we have ever

This was the amazing experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Charlie made the process so fast and easy. Amazing staff to assist us all the way through the process. Great job and if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, this is the place to go.

This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Ada and it gets better every time!

Disappointing Dealership

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership about a week and a half after the purchase of my new vehicle. I will not ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone.

Untrustworthy

Called for service on my Chevy Silverado as it was having rough start. My battery gauge was going up and down while driving asked if they could hook up to diagnostic tests. Was scheduled to bring in Monday morning. I dropped off my truck and they would call when they found the issue. Ryan called me two hours later and told me I need a new battery.I asked if they checked the alternator he said with 60,000 miles it is not the alternator. I ask what the estimate was for repair Ryan said that it would be 213.00 I ask what if I don't want the battery he told me it would be 110 in labor plus tax. So in order to get my truck back I the minimum I would have to pay is 110 plus tax for a service free at O'Reilly. Grudgingly I agreed to the battery installation. I headed back to Ada cinnamon tried to be helpful stating she would lower labor to 24.95 but then she charged me 213.84 for the battery Total bill 258.84 I will not do business with untrustworthy businesses so you can guess I won't be back at a Seth Wadleys ever again!

Not very happy

Let me start off by saying everyone there is friendly and I feel like I got a good deal on a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler I purchased there. Now the part that made me upset was at the very end of my experience there. They pride themselves on there Seth Wadley promise. Things like free oil changes for life and life on engine. That’s all real nice but when they brought me out to my new Jeep so I can drive off in it and be proud of my new purchase, I noticed it setting in the same place it was when I test drove it earlier that day. The car was dirty on the out side and was setting on empty. I asked why and they said we don’t wash or fill up the tanks on there used vehicles. My salesman did try give me cash for gas once I started getting upset but I did not take it. The fact that they took me out to my new Jeep filthy and on empty and think that is fine. So if you buy a used $35k there they want you to drive it off the lot dirty and on empty. When I buy a new vehicle the first two places I don’t want to stop leaving the dealership is a car wash and a gas station. Very disappointed with this dealership. Won’t be back. They lost my business over $40.
