Great servic
Great service after the sell. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with service, but their bathrooms. There are MANY of us out there with fragrance issues. The air freshener was so strong in the bathroom, I got an immediate migraine. But, they did take great care of my car

Fooled once......
I had seen Santa Cruz' around and thought they were sharp so I decided I would get one. Had financing all worked out with my bank and Crain checked my credit through my bank (which is a hard hit on my credit report) and then called to say they went ahead and checked it through Hyundai financing. Another hard hit without my permission. They said they could get me a better deal with Hyundai, so I bit. Ed, The Car Guru, told I would get 6.9 percent but my paperwork says 7.5. Paperwork guy told me they were gonna give me 10 yr 100,000 miles on everything and throw in 7yrs free service but my contract says $5100 for all of that. I got contracts for the extended warranty and maintenance wrap mailed to me but those signatures aren't mine. I KNOW that he presented as if it was all given to me free because they knew I felt the trade in allowance on my trade was low. And it did take some of the sting away until I found out about the $5100 . I should have paid more attention I guess. Now I'll have to cancel it all and who knows what kind of hassle that will be. I do love the car I bought but not where I bought it.

Had a 9:30 appointment.
Had a 9:30 appointment. Drove almost 2 hours to get there only to be told that my car wasn’t on their list for the day. When I said that I have two confirmation texts saying that it was, the service guy said that it would take 3 hours to get to my vehicle and two hours to take care of the safety recall. I scheduled the appointment on 11/1. The latest confirmation was the day before the 11/18 9:30 appointment. The service guy said that they are short on technicians. Wouldn’t have been more professional to call and reschedule? I said that I’d take my business elsewhere and would not recommend them to anyone. I backed out of the garage and started texting my husband, some guy came out and tapped on the hood of my car indicating that I should leave. Crappy customer service and rude treatment. I will never go there for anything and will never recommend anyone to go. I asked for a call from someone and never got one. I’ve contacted their corporate office.

BEWARE!
BEWARE! Very deceptive and dishonest dealership. They added warranty/protection premiums totaling $4800.00 to my contract without my knowledge and presented it as Hyundai's standard warranty. They won't give you any paperwork so you can't see what they've added to your contract. I received the paperwork in the mail 1 1/2 months later. I contacted them about cancelling the premiums. I had to drive 3 hours to the dealership to sign the paperwork. They wouldn't let me E sign the paperwork. Then they charged me $130.00 cancellation fees. If they had been up front and asked me if I wanted this coverage I would have so I said no. I should not be charged these fees. They should have been honest and up front instead of being deceptive. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!!

Worst Dealership Around! Stay Away!
2-3K packs per vehicle so make sure to ask for at least that much of a discount. Shady ‘typical’ xxxx. Stay far away from here, period!

They asked me to come in four times to sign something
They asked me to come in four times to sign something and then when I got there told me they didn't have it or I didn't have to sign anything. They took care of the extended warranty "purchase" on a new car that appeared on my bill of sale which I never said I wanted and which wasn't on the purchase order. I had to involve investigators from the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commision, the Attorney General's Office, and the Better Business Bureau, as well as others, to get the Dealer to do the paperwork for the title to be done, and to get the warranty canceled. They always have "excuses" for what they didn't do that have nothing to do with what they didn't do. I was told many things that were not true. And charged more than I agreed to. The Customer Service representative hung up on me and the Revenue Office worker while I was at the Revenue Office trying to get the paperwork completed. Before they told me what they would give me for me trade-in they gave me a financial agreement to sign and acted surprised when I wanted to know what I would be getting for my trade in!

bait and switch
I visited your Dealership in North Little Rock yesterday and dealt with Tayler. He was not a pleasure to deal with. After driving over 50 miles to get there to purchase a Santa Fe hybrid it was not there after he told me it was on the lot less then 24 hrs. earlier. Didn’t have the curtesy to call me and let me know it was sold if it was even there in the 1st place ( beginning to doubt it ). He then tried to sell me something else. He tried to get me into a Santa Fe that looked used. It had baby seats in it and was just a mess. I was a serious buyer and felt like I was not taken as one. I don’t think that I will buy from Crain any more and will tell all my friends of my experience and will advise them to do the same.

I’d been talking with salesman also a month about buying...
I’d been talking with salesman also a month about buying a 2020 truck. They been calling to get us come look at the truck. Some went to look at this truck at the end of the month. So we bought the truck. A couple days later we noticed the second key fob was not for this 2020 truck. I called the sales manager about the problem. I was told that we check should have check the key fobs if they work before we left the dealership. We had to buy a second key fob because they wasn’t go to buy key fobs. Everyone who a vehicle from dealership plaease check everything off before leaving. They treat people like xxxx after the deal is done.

Staff had a "no customer service after sale" mentality,...
Staff had a "no customer service after sale" mentality, this experience has been nothing but headache and stress. They have misleading information on their website regarding inventory, staff is unknowledgable both in their products and in regards to keeping their stories straight, and they make promises they are unable to keep due to lack of knowledge or lack of care about customers. Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock will do whatever it takes to get you to sign except negotiate prices, they only operate on their agenda. They cold call the whole family the second you can't back out, harrassing you for money that they accepted on good faith. If you ask three employees the same question you will get three completely different answers. They will not act in your best interest. They expect you to let their mishaps slide (like losing a brand new key to a brand new car), but will hold you accountable for yours on day one. They claim to have a vehicle you want but when you arrive "something happened to it" and it can't be found until AFTER you settle for something else. People asked me less than a week of owning my car where I got it, I told them where, but to stay as far away as possible. Every employee I have worked with has acted extremely unprofessional, interrupting me, ignoring my concerns, and not respecting me in the slightest.
