The sales person could have been a little more...

The sales person could have been a little more personable. Other than that, I got what I wanted. Took 2+ hours from start to finish.

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE !

Met with the saleman, Nick, to test drive a used vehicle. We liked it. He told us it was new on the lot and had not had the inspection yet. Still had the "yellow sticker" on it that said don't sell until inspected. We agreed to cpome by and purchase the car the next day following the inspection. He texted us at 8:15 the next day and said don't come by until a little later than 9:00 so to avoid possibly having to wait for the inspection. Next thing we know, we receive a short text stating that another salesman sold the car while it was being inspected !!! When I spoke with the sales manager, Ray Russell, he brushed me off with some "policy" remark, stating that it was "only a $500 vehicle". I cannot believe the unprofessional behavior I received here. Not only was communication between the salesman and the inspection department obviously poor, but the sales manager was dismissive and condescending. I will never due business with this company again, and I will protect any of my friends and family from also receiving this kind of treatment by being sure share our experience with them. This is the kind of company that gives car salesman a bad reputation. Pitiful.

POSSIBLY THE BEST SELECTION AND PRICE IN CEN ARK

I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!

Buyer beware, stay focused.

Loved the vehicle. not so much the financing. I was told I had to purchase certain extras to receive a lower interest rate. After all was said and done I called the company actually financing my vehicle and they informed me that was not true at all. Called the person who did my loan at Crain ( I will not mention their name out of respect) and was told I could cancel but to keep my interest to wait 3 months. Again another line of bologna. Drove back to Crain ( 3rd 140 mile round trip) spoke to a very understanding Ms. Bradley in customer relations who helped rectify the situation. Will I do business with them again? More than likely because as I said almost everyone there was great to deal with and my daughter really likes the Tucson and the actual pricing was great--- without the additional warranties another 5100.00!

Service Maintenance was outstanding

Service Maintance for my vehicle was commendable. Timely and very professional without a doubt Crain service department keeps me coming back for service or purchases.

Amazing

Bryan was excellent. I told him what I wanted and he gave me just that and then some! Did a wonderful job , had great communication with me. He did his absolute best to help me drive off the lot that night with a car

New Hyundai Tucson

Friendly Staff....Very accommodating, even after we had to drop the original deal and change vehicle colors. Surprise present for my daughter and she changed colors at the last minute....no problem....scrapped, the original deal, found the "right" vehicle and made my daughter a very happy little girl....even upgraded to the Sport model with the new deal!!

Antonio was a great salesman

This was a really good car buying experience. Antonio convinced me that this was the exact vehicle I needed to purchase for my needs. He was not pushy, he just explained the great warranty and all the frills.
