The sales personnel was helpful and the entire experience was ‘low pressure’ and actually enjoyable! I have purchased from them before and will continue to use them for my automobile needs.

Great people

My buying experience was great. Friendly people, quick service, and no high pressure sales tactics. I’ll definitely buy here again. Much better than the big city dealerships.

AC repair

It took a while but their persistence paid off and they found the leak in my AC.

Best Ford dealership around!!!

Everyone there is so friendly. I took my car in for a repai and Reese in the service department was very knowledgeable about my car and what they were gonna do to fix it! He was friendly and gave the utmost respect as a customer! Great Job Guys! Sam Waller Ford in Mcalester , OK �� ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They dropped the sale. Ended up buying in McAleste

We went to trade in a F-150 for a F-250. Could not get them to get back with us. We have great credit and our trade in was in great condition. After going through third inventory we knew what we wanted. Upon texting Carylon, she told me that she had to run to the bank, call the dealership and let them know that we are interested. Called and left a message several times. Guess they didn't need the sale. Was amazied how they handled the situation. They were dressed like they were going to the woods. All sales people was walking around talking to each other. Not a place to try to buy a vehicle unless you want to wait on yourself.

So car I have been very pleased with dealership. They have gone above what most other dealers have done for me in the past. Also, Mr Wampler himself has gave me a courtesy. call to check on my truck. If shopping for a new or used vehicle, one should give them a chance, you will be pleasently surprised .

Bought in August a 2018 Ford Truck 150, 4x4! Truck was great! Excellent riding comfort, tons of compartments, swing out doors; really a great ruck to have! My problem was me! I am from Europe and my problem was the gas pedal and me!I was spinning tires at every red light and stop light. So I traded it in to a 2018 Ford Explorer 4x4. Still drive my 2000 Ford Explorer XLT, which I bought in 2000 at the same place. Nick Barone is my Sales Person at Feedom Ford; I am very happy with his service, knowledge and honesty. He understand my needs and listens. No pressure sales in this facility! All staff is great with a down to earth attitude! Ms Wanda the receptinist is a Sweetheart, kind and welcoming everyone coming through the door. The facility is not the typical car dealership interior. Love the Country Style the Owner of the Dealership implemented! It fits our area and folks! My colleagues have bought a 2018 Truck F150 and another vehicle there; they too are very pleased! In other words: all their sales staff is down to earth and are not pressure sales folks. Highly recommend them to anyone who need a vehicle!

Excellent as always

Had my truck detailed, oil and air filter changed, and recall repair. It came out way better than anticipated.

Truck Purchase

Good customer service and pretty quick process from start to finish through the purchasing process. There was one issue with the truck and it was fixed by the dealership owner. Looking out for the customer! Much appreciated!
