Needed to replace my car so we went to Greg Lair to look. JP met us on the lot. We told him what we were looking for in a car and he showed us two cars. JP was very knowledgeable and we found the car we needed. The paper work was done in short order and off we went in our new car. We had heard great things about Greg Lair, but we were totally unprepared for how great the experience was actually going to be. Alvin Ellerd met us in the parking lot and from the moment we met him to the very end of our deal he was a wonderful advocate for both the dealership and the customer. He made us feel right at home and was extremely patient with us as we went from car to car trying to decide which one we wanted. The dealership made things easy and the whole experience was seamless.

Greg Lair has an excellent sales and service department. They really worked with us. They showed us all the rebates, they gave us fair market value for our trade in, and they made sure we got the best interest rate for our credit score. That's not how we have been treated at other dealerships.

Well we showed up to the dealership and JP was ready, he had the Buick Encore out front and showed us all the neat stuff it has, he also explained everything in detail he really knows his stuff. Since my father in law was unsure of the new technology JP was able to e explain a lot of the details to him so he could understand it better.
