Dishonest price gouging

Brought my car in for a simple tune-up I was told it would be $290. I tried calling over twenty times to no avail could not reach anyone I even had switchboard personally transfer me still no answer. While on my way I received a text that it would be $459 and that other services like recalls and replace coil was done. When I arrived I was then told it would be $370. I told the person I never authorized the coil replacement. He stated I've called you several times I disputed those claims showing my call log. He then said I will fix it and came back with the job cost $321. I personally feel this is price gouging and unfair practices. The best thing was I spoke up for myself because had I not I would've been scammed.

Great Service

The staff is always friendly and professional. So for all of my visits has been great. Lamar is awesome, he is always a great person to deal with

Great service employees are great. Job well done

Ashley is a fantastic employee that is very intellectually inclined with her job . Her ability to apply knowledge is above standards. She explains and completely repairs all task required. She ensures the job is thoroughly completed

Poor customer service

Nothing, I’m 45yrs old, I have never experienced so many unprofessional people in my life. No one never returned phone calls. A Service Center Adviser by the name of Ashley was so rude and arrogant. Her primary way of communicating was via text.

Great service

In and out with no issues. Great communication. Friendly staff.love Landers. Buy all my cars from there . Will stay with them till the end.

Good service, complimentary snacks and drinks.

The shuttle to work makes dropping my car off so much easier than waiting for hours or lining up a ride to work. Keeping me aware of recalls is great too.
