Great service

It was an overall very good experience. Mike was my service advisor, and he was excellent. I was having an exhaust regeneration issue, which required some diagnostic work, and he kept me well updated as they tried to sort out my problem. He also took care of 2 recalls for me. I am from out of town, and they provided a ride for me when I dropped my truck off. I was very pleased with my experience

Very helpful and timely since I did not make a appointment before arrival representative was nice and interior of vehicle was clean after service

Happy with the staff, not with Chrysler dealership

The staff was very nice, and I know they don’t have any control over what and why you charged for a diagnostic, but when you’re on a fixed income and it the only income you have 168.00 dollars is a lot. They couldn’t fix my car because you no longer make the part. That’s a lot of money for something that can’t be fixed.

Serviced my RAM while buying the Mrs a Mopar

Friendly & helpful folks at Lander's Chrysler Dodge Jeep & RAM. Stan took care of getting my RAM 1500 4x4 its first service while the Mrs and I worked with the sales staff to put her in a new Mopar too.

Great Service

I went to Landers to get an oil change during the week.It was quick and everyone was so friendly and nice.If you are in the Southaven area and you need your car serviced...stop by Landers they will take care of you!

Service Rep.

Attendant was polite an efficient in assisting customers enabling them to be waited on in a timely manner. She was very cordial in spite of the heavy volume of people.
