Best chevy dealer

The sales representative Alberta, she is very nice, kind and approachable. She will answer all your inquiries. Even the Manager Gary is answering my questions if Alberta is not on duty. My overall experience with them was great. I would highly recommend them to other consumers.

Bad customer service

I sat in my car for five minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me when I pulled up. They did complete the service in a timely manner but the cashier who took my payment was beyond rude. She couldn?t extend the courtesy of a hello or thank you. I sanitized my hand after using a pen to sign my receipt and you would have thought I did something disrespectful. Her entire demeanor is one that I never want to deal with again and though this dealership is close to my house, I will travel elsewhere in the future to get my car serviced.
