As always King Ford of Murphy NC sets the standard for service. Chris and his team are consistently providing superior service and customer satisfaction. Having been to other dealerships and experiencing many problems with those I remain loyal to King Ford because they earned it and continue to preserve that relationship at every single interaction my wife and I have with them. Weather it be a warranty, recall, non-warranty or simple oil change and tire rotation they treat everything the same with their personal connection and professional service. We are so glad we wound up with our hometown Ford dealer, King Ford because we trust Chris and his team and that means peace of mind.

Tire had a leak
I called the night before to set up a time and date. This call was on a Tuesday. I was going to be near the dealership on Thursday and was told to bring it in and they would see me when I got there. The next day I came out and saw the tire was flat and asked if i could bring it in. (Wednesday) I was told to get here when I could. I got there and my car was written up and i was out of there in under an hour. Tire is doing well.

King Ford: Murphy, NC
We've never had a group of people who seemed authentically interested, earnest and caring about helping us and meeting our needs. They epitomize southern hospitality at its best. We bought a very low mileage 20-yr old classic car and they put the car through a thorough inspection of its condition for us. A new fuel pump was needed and some fresh gaskets. They provided all of this at no extra charge to us above the agreed upon sales price. They meant and mean it when they say they will make EVERYTHING about the car right for us, at no extra charge. This pertains to a few future issues which may arise due to age, such as: old gaskets and hoses, too. This they would do in spite of the fact the car was sold without warranty due to its age. This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from King Ford because of their honesty and talented staff--mechanics included. The first vehicle we bought from them was a used F-150. This dealership is very fair to its customers. They've proven they mean what they say. Their service is the best we've ever experienced, and we're in our 70s; hence, we've had a lot of cars over all of these years. We know all about the differences between dealerships, pricing and service. King Ford in Murphy, NC is the most EXCELLENT of all time.

FORD EDGE
Cole Postell sold me my new 2022 Ford Edge. He was able to find what I wanted. He sat in my car with me and showed me all the features, changed the numbers on the keyless entry for me, hooked up my phone and answered all my questions.

Poor service
I took my F-250 in to have the fuel filter changed for the 20,000 miles at my request. I had my grandson take the truck he told the service department that a light was on and was told that it would go away he drove home, after that it was not driven until my wife was leaving for an 8 hour drive on vacation and she called me and said there is a light that says water in fuel filter then another that said engine reduced power. At this point she was traveling with our grandchildren and I was traveling in another direction and had to come to where she was stranded, upon my arrival I discovered that a plug had not been put back in that caused this to happen. So for that mishap it caused my wife a delay in her trip and me in mine.
