My service was the replacement of a recalled torque converter for my 2004 Freestar. It was replaced in the time proposed. When I picked it up, the engine light was on. It was the end of the day, so, I brought it back at the next available time. The light was cleared, but, I noticed it was back on by the time I got home. I brought it in once more, and the service department found a broken valve, which most likely happened when the converter was replaced. The part was ordered, and the repair was complete the same afternoon. Everyone I had interaction with at Charles Allen Ford was eager to help, friendly, and honest, so, despite the driving back and forth, it was a good experience. The only thing that would have made it even easier/better, would have been a loaner car, since, the part was a recall, and it had to be left for several days. Thank you, Debbie Lowell

I had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change and got out at 3:13 PM - I couldn't walk out as my car was not available to me. NEVER AGAIN!

The salesman was very helpful with no pressure to buy. He made recommendations which we could use or not with helpful hints. Every one was polite and nice which made it very easy to buy a vehicle. I bought a f250 4x4 extended cab xl pickup in white, which was brought in as soon as I said that I wanted it and made ready to pickup that afternoon. I will use this dealership for further service.

Chickasha Ford Dealer
Truck was fixed but the tech misdiagnosed the real problem at first replacing parts that did not need to be replaced. Service manager dropped the charge back to the original quote.
