Staff was great, friendly, helpful. Service was done quickly for me as I was going out of town. Still a lot more pricey than some of the very good mecahnics in town I found after the work was done. Just wish it was as easy to get oil changes at last minute!!!

I returned to Charles Allen Ford because my first experience there was good. The salesman was friendly and very helpful educating me on the various aspects of the vehicle. I was impressed when he remembered so much of my history. I didn't feel pressured to buy like so many other dealerships. They just set out the terms. I could accept or not. I appreciate that. It is very important to me. The Ford Escape I bought seems to be exactly as advertised.

I took my Escape in for an oil change and while it was in the shop they fixed a recall on it as well. I appreciated that they saved me time and didn't have to rearrange my schedule for a second visit. I marked the facility NA due to remodeling.
