Very satisfied with all sales and service

I buy all of my Ford vehicles from Charles Allen ford they also do all of my service work. I am very satisfied.

Great service!

I was quoted a price for a used vehicle, but after a test drive a problem was discovered that needed repairing. The dealer made the repairs, which were over $1500 and still stood by the originally quoted price. By doing this they most likely erased any profit they may of had in the vehicle.

Had the oil changed they were friendly and quick let me know if there were any issues explained what they did and what i need to do for next time

Happy Customers!

We purchased a 2007 Ford Edge. The staff was patient and helpful while we weighed our options to find the right vehicle for us at the right price. I did not rate the facilities because they were under construction. I'm sure it will be wonderful when they finish and they made the best of what was going on at the time. There was a comfortable waiting area (with coffee!) even in the midst of construction.

Great Service

Our experience was great. We had our ford explorer worked on and have had no more problems with it. The Bill was less than was quoted to us which is always a plus.
