Brought my truck in the morning, without an appt, for an

Brought my truck in the morning, without an appt, for an oil change and coolant flush. Crew was able to get to it and had it ready in early afternoon. Great job!

Oil Change

The oil change was fine. My issue is the hidden fees that they charge with an oil change. For example, you have to pay for windshield wiper fluid which is $2.99 and they now started charging $1.25 for something called Clorox360 I believe. I asked the representative what that was and they had no idea. This kind of stuff frustrates me to no end.
