Incomplete repair

Picked car and did not get out of lot another issue. They told me they noticed issue but why did they not call us and fix until we left

Recall Replacement

I brought my car in to have a recalled part replaced. When I made the appointment the customer service rep was sure to let me know that there may be delays that could mean leaving the car up to 48 hours. I really appreciated this because it allowed me to prepare for this possibility ahead of time. When I arrived the service represented let me know that the service would only take about an hour and a half which was wonderful. And they finished the service in less time. Everyone was super kind, informative, and efficient. My rep - SHERRELLE TARVER TAYLOR- walked me through the vehicle checks and ensured that I understood what was reviewed and how my vehicle was scored and she confirmed that the replacement had been successful. I really appreciated how helpful and kind everyone was.

Servicing of Car at AutoNation

My experience from start to finish was great. The young lady that greeted me was very nice. I did not have an appointment but was there early. She checked with her management and got me right in. She came out in the waiting area keeping me informed on my car. She was very pleasant and even walked me to my car upon me leaving. I will be back to have my car serviced because being treated with respect and kindness goes a long way with me. Kimberly Houston
