They were super friendly, laid back, answered all of my questions. Gave me a great deal on my trade in, and on the financing of my new car. Not the high pressure sales pitching that I've had in the past. It was a great experience

I took my Subaru in for an oil change which I’d made an

I took my Subaru in for an oil change which I’d made an appointment for several weeks prior. I was also told they would have a military discount and it wouldn’t take more than an hour since I’d made an appointment. On the day of, they tell me they don’t do military discounts on the weekend and I was there for over 3 hours. Not acceptable, won’t be going back.

Never thought you'd see a car service review that was a treat...well, this company went above and beyond in their service department. It is meticulous. The waiting room was comfortable, beverages were available., restrooms spotless. Personnel were cheerful and helpful. it was a pleasure being there. The complimentary car detail was an added surprise. All I can say is WOW!
