Apparently do not want to fix
2018 Subaru Crosstrek - I gave the service dept a letter along with a thumb drive with pictures and videos of what is wrong with my car...all computer related. This was in November 2018, one year after buying the car. I had taken the car in for the same problems many times but they said they could not fix it...had to see it in action. I took multiple videos as they requested. Today is September 20, 2019 and I have yet to hear anything about my car problems. The most annoying one is the driver or passenger seat belt warning buzzer won't stop buzzing even when you turn the car off and get out. They gave me all kinds of excuses all the times...e.g. not enough gas in the car, the door needs to be opened and then closed, the mile reader needs to be cleared...all kinds of dumb excuses for the different things that were happening. I figured once I gave them the videos and pictures with a letter explain it all again, they would contact me with something...but to this date - NOTHING. I also told them in writing that this would be my first and LAST Subaru - obviously they must figured that's not going to break them, so why bother with me. Other than that, whenever I have to go for any other service, like oil change and such, all the service personnel are super helpful, friendly and very courteous. I do enjoy my wait time there, which is not usually very long at all. I have no doubt that they must have passed along my thumb drive and letter to the powers that be, and that's where the ball was dropped.

WORST EXPERIENCE - SOLD ME A CAR WITH NO TITLE
I was sold a certified pre-owned Outback with 10K miles. It has been over 60 days and the dealership has been unable to provide a Title and therefore I cannot register the car. They have not been forthcoming with the issue and not helpful in resolving the issue. I am now told it will be and additional 2 weeks. I will be returning the car if the GM does not return my call and resolve this issue. They sold me a car with a Lein holder on the Title and have have done little to address my repeated calls and visits. When the second temporary plate expired they gave me a loaner on Empty and I am required to drive 45 minutes to and from the dealership every 3 days at the expense of my own time and gas to continue and drive the loaner. Emily, my sales person, is the only person at this dealership that appears to care.

Subaru outback 2018
I love my Subaru, this our 5th.. We have been driving Subaru since my sin first got one in 2010. Both my husband and I love ours, live out of town, but come back to this dealership because the people there are like our family!

Subaru Forester repair
Cross creek Subaru quickly diagnosed and repaired my Forester. The car began having issues with the ignition switch not allowing the ignition key to be removed. The issue was recognized and parts ordered and an appointment was made to have the new parts installed. The repair was under warranty.

I recently had my Subaru Forester serviced. They checked me in quickly and kept me updated on the process. The waiting area was very nice. I was able to work while my car was being serviced which was a big plus for me.

Cross Creek Subaru and my salesman Myk made buying a car a wonderful experience. My husband is housebound and this was the first time I had to deal with a major purchase by myself. I was never talked down to or treated as a "woman" who does not know what she is doing. Myk went out of his way to make sure I could take different cars home to be sure my husband was comfortable sitting in them. When we made a decision I met with the General Manager who took me through the complete process of settling on a final price. When I picked up the car, Myk made sure I understood all the "bells and whistles" my new car has. Today I met with a Starlink specialist who answered all the questions I had come across the last three weeks. I am looking forward to having a great long term relationship with Cross Creek Subaru.
