I took my 2019 ram 2500 diesel to Dempsey for a front end alignment & tire rotation. They did such a great job. My truck steers as straight as an arrow, easy on the steering & I've got big tires. They did it in a single day on the very day that I called. Numerous other dealers were unable to see my vehicle for one week to as much as 3 weeks. I have no problem taking my vehicle back to Dempsey Chrysler Dodge Jeep anytime because they are very trustworthy. They did what they said they were going to do and did it at the price they said they were going to do it for! Thanks for a job well done.

The experience was somewhat quick and the guy who first showed me the car was super nice. By the time I drove the car out of the lot I had good knowledge on all of the features and felt that the car itself was handled and cleaned decently before I bought it.

Dempsey treats you like family! Owned and operated by real people who care about your experience. That’s hard to find these days! John and Josh were wonderful to work with and had us in and out with our new car in 2 hours. They even stayed past closing-time for us. I would definitely recommend checking out this dealership if you’re going to be new (or used) car-shopping soon. It’s worth making the drive even if you live closer to the city.

We had been shopping locally & on Auto trader when we came across a vehicle at Dempsey. Being from a small central Illinois town, we were a little skeptical about dealing in a larger city. We were concerned that it would be a high-pressure atmosphere. To our delight, the entire experience with Dempsey was the complete opposite! From our initial inquiry online & throughout the negotiations which took place by phone since we live about an hour and a half from Plano, we were treated with courtesy & respect by everyone we dealt with. Mr. Dempsey even stopped to thank us for our business. That would not happen at any other dealership!

Josh and Steve were great when it came to buying a car. It was a little frustrating after that when it came to finance because I had to go back multiple times to fill out or get paperwork to have filled out by others after the fact because it wasn’t done right or it wasn’t done at all. Overall, I would go back.

I went in there with a vehicle and price range in mind and they made it happen. This was my 7th car from Dempsey and I couldn’t be happier. The people there are straight to the point and help in whatever way they can.
