Best dealer I have dealt with in my car buying experience. I live over 200 miles away. They had a vehicle I was looking for in stock. I spoke with Jess over the phone who sent me all the details. I asked to be upfront with all discussions to come to a deal prior to travel with no surprises in person. I was very upfront with pictures of my trade depicting any scratches or marks. Jess sent me videos of the vehicle I was looking at. When it came to negotiating the price, Dewayne called and was upfront and honest. He clearly explained what he could and could not do. There were no games or sales xx I usually hear. I really appreciate both Jess and Dewayne for displaying integrity that I haven’t seen from other car dealers in years!

I saw a van listed on Carfax for this dealer. I filled out the request info page ad almost immediatley was contacted by Jesse, that was on a Sunday . Monday we went in and test drove the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy, no showing us more expensive vehicles. We were allowed to test drive without the salesman. Our salesman was Jim. He worked with us to get a payment we could afford. Only one minor hiccup. We were told there were 2 keys available ,but then after all was agreed on ,there was only one . we were told they would et us the second key. They would come pick up the van get the key programed and brig the van back( we are an hour away from the dealer. As promised key was ordered Tues ,Wed the van was picked up an new key was made . They kept the promise that they made.

Bought my husband a used corvette from Dempsey. They didn’t have the one we wanted, but found us one! It was great to just go to one place . Really didn’t want to go store to store. Everyone was so nice! They made it easy. The owner even came out to meet us!

I found a used SUV that I was interested in online. I drove 7 hours from my home in northern Michigan & I am very happy with my purchase. I feel that the vehicle was represented very accurately and the price was very fair. The sales rep, Jim, was also very helpful. He even took the time to shoot me some additional pictures of the interior per my request. The rest of the staff involved with the purchasing process was very friendly as well. I happened to chat with the owner as the paperwork was getting finalized, and he seemed like a quite pleasant individual too. I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again.

Out of all the Ram dealerships I have dealt with in the search of a new 23 TRX. This dealership did the very best that they could do to try to find a vehicle for me. They were honest and guaranteed me. I would only pay sticker price sad part about it is they could not locate. For me, but I do believe they made every attempt to make a new customer happy
