We bought a brand new 2022 Yukon in December--- and it
We bought a brand new 2022 Yukon in December--- and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. Well, I usually don’t blast companies on social media, but it was a lemon. I didn’t even get to put gas in it and there were 4 things wrong with it. One of the cylinders was broken, the lifts in the engine were broken, and multiple sensors were messed up. It has been over TWO MONTHS. Still in the shop. I’m still making payments on it. Again, it only had 300 miles on it. We were told that Crain Buick GMC in Conway would help us—- and all the promises they made they have broken. Even though we were going to get a truck as a trade and I ordered another Yukon Denali from them that’s being made. Again, I don’t take this lightly. I don’t blast people or companies on social media, but this just isn’t right. You don’t treat customers this way—- especially ones who were going to drop a ridiculous amount of money on 2 vehicles. If you’re in the market for a vehicle— I just highly encourage you to go somewhere else. Because you’re worth more than a situation like this.

Service visit
Good as a service appointment can be. A Technican broke one of the lug nut covers when rotating the tires and the service manager told me and had already ordered a new one at no cost to me. The only problem is that I?ll have to go pick it up and the trip will be 60 miles for me round trip.

TUN AWAY
You are forced to purchase “an extended warranty” from this company. Every price advertised on the internet from this company doesn’t reflect the $1395 “Crain commitment” I asked for it to be removed as I’m an out of state buyer and the MANAGER said the price would just be $1395 higher at that point. WOWOWOWOWOWOOWOW RUN AWAY

Service for Oil and Tires Rotated
When they serviced my car, they inserted a screw into the hose that provides cleaner for the windshield. Therefore my windshield liquid will not come out. That is pretty xxxxty service. Now I have to get it fixed, after you tore it up. This is very unacceptable in my book. Looks like it was done on purpose. No more of my business at Crain in Conway.

Run this place is bad
The service department is horrible. I would never buy a car from this place again. If you want to be charged alot of money with no repairs then go to this place. Also if you want to never get a call back then use this place. Not sure how they stay in business.

Do not go to this dealership. The service department is shady. Absolutely awful! They will rummage through your vehicle and steal from you. Please do not go here!

this is not the dealership we started with when they...
this is not the dealership we started with when they first opened for business. they failed miserly on our 2 GMC trucks which we bought from them and paid cash for both. could not repair even did a bad gob on oil change. there isnt any one that seems to know what they are doing. do not listen to customer and take it on their own to do un wanted service. also failed to give a military discount. we will not use this dealer .
