Fast Service

I dropped off my F150 after hours for a warranty fix on the A/C. It was done first thing the next morning just as I had asked.

The Works

Very quick and courteous. Would suggest maybe vaccuuming interior and running through their automated car wash.

Original owner

Deb at the service dept listened well and explained well. She's probably the best I have seen at what she does. The tranny was re-programmed to eliminate or reduce chatter/clatter on shift changes and reduce/eliminate clutch shudder after shifting. After 1 week of driving, the computer reduced the clatter but I still have shift shudder, which alarms me more. The warranty has been extended considerably but I would like this problem solved before the next owner (my grand-daughter) has to deal with this as a novice. I want her experience with her first car to be positive. I'm now in a holding pattern to see if the onboard computer makes further improvements.Thanks for inquiring. Great Service

I would highly recommend Smith Ford. Rodger Langley is very professional in all he does. Roger is why I come to Smith Ford. I can call Rodger regarding anything and he always delivers. We just bought the 3rd truck from Rodger. Service is good also.
