The trade/buy process could not have been better... My only beef has been the service department... I took my car in the first time because when you would shift it from neutral oto either drive or reverse, it would stall then "jerk" into the gear...the first time I took it in they called and said it was ready; two days later I took it in because it was still doing the same thing; it ended up staying at the dealer 6 weeks and a new transmission being installed... This car was just barely a year old at that point and only had 11,000 to 12,000 miles on it... Never once was I offered a car to use during this period of time until I requested one the last week they had it...

Good experience
F150 2013 - I had a couple of issues with the truck - squeak in passenger door, extension of free satellite radio and maps needing updated. Spoke with dealer and hope to get resolved.

Great Experience
I was directed to you by word of mouth. I told an old friend, John Conville, what i was looking for and he recommended i reach out to Smith. I was looking for a particular make and model. It was not time that Roger gave me a call and found what i wanted. He was very helpful both over the phone and text of pictures. When i arrived at the dealership all were friendly and made you fell welcome. No pressure just a good experience form the selection and training of the salesman to the office staff on teh paper work and discussion of the extended warranty. I will recommend anyone i know looking to give Smith Ford a shot. Thanks ST

Ford Taurus
We were very pleased with the service both at the time of sale and after sale service. We stopped by the dealership, to "dream of a new Ford" but didn't think we could afford a new car. The Smith Ford staff worked with us and made the deal, which ended up being well within our family budget. When we came back to pick up our new car, my wife smiled so big. We were no sure if the color we wanted was available in our area. Smith Ford Staff went out of their way to travel a distance away from Conway to find us all the bells and whistles we wanted, and in the exact color my wife NEEDED...Our Ford will be paid off in 2016. I mentioned trading in our Ford for a new Ford. My wife said she doesn't want to part with her car, she is not ready for an upgrade. We Shall See///

Cannot beat the staff and the deal!
We were not in the market for a new vehicle when Matt approached us with an offer we could not refuse. He showed us how valuable our current truck was and if we traded it, we could be driving a brand new truck for the same payments. We love our new F150 FX4.
