Customer - Frequent and appreciative!

Smith Ford is an excellent dealership, and has been for years. Whether buying, trading, or having service done it matters not. The people who help you at each step in the process are great at their jobs and are very knowledgeable of the details. They all appear to take pride in providing their services to each customer.

Service on F150 truck

The Service Manager, Scott is who I dealt with and he is always great. He goes to every step possible to get you in, taken care of and on your way. He makes it a great experience.

My New F150

Sherrill was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in my F150 Vehicle Choice as I wanted the Power to Tow my Camper and UTV with and Fuel Economy and so far it has been staying in the 19.6 to 20.9 mile per gallon area and the Power it has reminds me of the old Muscle Car Days.

Not impressed

I brought my car in during the afternoon to get it looked at because it was making a loud noise. They got back with me 3 hours later and told me that they needed to order a part for it and it would be ready to pick up the next morning. They never called me the next morning, and when I called them, they told me that the mechanic went to lunch and would work on it when he got back. Something that should have been finished first thing in the morning, wasn't completed until 4PM. They caused me to be late to work, after I told them repeatedly that I needed to be back before 4. I feel like the service department should have taken care of my car first thing the next morning like they promise, instead of making me wait until the very end of the day and messing up my work schedule. I will NOT be coming back.

parts dept

Went there to buy fuel pressure regulator gasket for my 03 F250 they said that part was Unavailable unless I bought unless I the whole regulator kit for around $100. Bought the part I needed at another dealership for $5. Will never shop there again. BAD SERVICE! My they are working on commission?

don't believe I'll ever go back

I've tried to purchase my last 4 Ford's here....have had All 4 serviced here. Still haven't purchased a vehicle here...can't seem to get a competitive deal. Service. ...well the service quality is fine....the service advisors are professional. ...but I just cant continue to sit in their waiting room for 2 hrs stints when I've made an appointment for 15 minute jobs. ...again with appointment. (Three times in 5 yrs) Last, I was charged for clips that were missing from the factory. ...should easily been under warranty but I didn't buy it there....options, pay the $40 fee or take it back where I bought it.. Well I assure you I will do just that in the future.

Best Ford Dealership around!!!

I shopped and compared pricing on a New Ford F-250 at 4 dealerships in the central arkansas area and was won over by the customer service and friendliness at Smith Ford. Matt Kincaid, my sales person was courteous and was up front about everything. Got the best deal and was the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever had. Thanks Smith Ford!
