I always feel as if they are attentive, friendly and work

I always feel as if they are attentive, friendly and work hard to do the best they can for me, as a customer. I highly recommend them...for the purchase...but just as importantly, the follow-up customer service.

Very nice people, but got one phone call saying it wasn’t

Very nice people, but got one phone call saying it wasn’t time to change my oil and then automatically he called me right back and said they’ve already dumped your oil. They should be better procedures when you check in.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. Chase was the salesman I worked with and he did an awesome job. He answered all my questions and was able to help me find the exact car that was best for me. This was our second purchase from the dealership and we didn't feel the normal pressure to buy like dealerships we've been to in the past.

Use to trust their services, now I'm not going to use

Use to trust their services, now I'm not going to use them! On a previous visit they failed to rotate my tires as promised. This time I presented a 10% off coupon that I was assured was applied . When I went to pay , found out it hadn't been applied to my bill. Don Ledford has proven their business is deceptive and unreliable! Don't cheat your customers! Honesty is paramount!
