Outstanding Service!
My wife and I drove our 2018 Ford F-150 from Syracuse, New York to Rio Rancho New Mexico to visit family for the Christmas Holidays. The truck turned 10,000 miles during our trip, and I scheduled service at Chalmers. J.C. Lucero, Fleet Service Manager, processed us upon arrival and escorted us to the waiting room. We did not wait long at all for the service to be completed, and what sold us on Chalmers is the thorough review of the service performed that J.C. provided us. His customer service skills are exemplary. Based on our experience, I would definitely consider purchasing a new truck from Chalmers in the future.

They were very helpful and fix everything. Were very nice and helped me understand everything. Would definitely go back again. Best part was the speed of the repair.

Stress free car buying experience
Everyone that we dealt with through the whole experience was very professional and pleasant to work with. Michelle did a great job understanding our requirements and made sure that we received all of the rebates that we were entitled to. Extremely satisfied to have a dealership built on performance and customer service that you can count on. Have had all my vehicles serviced there. I don't go anywhere else when I need things fixed. This pattern I hope continues.

Wow!! Oil change at 10 PM
Thank you Russell Robertson at Quick Lane. Oil changed and truck serviced in less than 30 mins and out the door at 10 PM. Work schedule made it necessary to be able to get this service at night. Called and spoke to Russell who said that Quick Lane is indeed open till midnight and to bring my truck in for service. A great idea. Thanks!
