Extremely accommodating & kind

I arrived at 3:30pm, without calling, and asked for an oil change. I didn’t know you had to make an appointment but Trent Durham still took my car and did the oil change. They were so kind, especially Trent, to me and it was a great experience.

Everyone from the sales person to management to delivery of the vehicle was friendly, professional and welcoming. Truck I bought is awesome and really enjoy it. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

We contacted dozens of dealers. Chalmers is best!

We had an excellent experience in dealing with Michell Royle at Chalmers Ford. After looking locally for some time in our area (Florida) we discovered that the perfect Explorer was nowhere to be found close by. So we launched an internet search, and after dealing with double-talking salespeople all over the country we were becoming disenchanted with the process. So many quotes included rebates and incentives that never even applied to the purchase of a car (but rather, lease deals) and we found a lot of false advertising designed to draw us in. When we spoke with Michell we made it clear that we needed the best out-the-door pricing including ONLY the rebates for which we were qualified. Our worst fear, after dealing with other salespeople, was that we would arrive to conclude the purchase and be confronted with price changes due to unrealistic quoting. Michell provided her best quote and worked with us on the military rebate as well as other incentives for which we qualified. She reassured us multiple times that there would be no surprises, and indeed there were none. When we arrived to pick up the car, we concluded the financing details with Jackie and were instructed by a technician in the operation of some of the technical features of the vehicle, which had been freshly washed and prepped for us. We love our new Explorer and the transaction could not have been more perfect. Kudos to the folks at Chalmers Ford… they did a great job for us.

Trent has excellent customer service

Trent is very knowledgable and thorough with explaining what my car needed in repairs. He also reviewed various options with me, moving forward. He has been my service manager on two different visits.

We purchased our 9 year dream of a F150 Truck yesterday. We want you all to know that from the very professional reception (nice to see a lovely mature person at the front desk instead of a teenager), the best sales consultant ever, John Wayne Fife, wonderful … Eydi Johnson the insurance representative, understanding sweet Jackie Sidden, Finance Manager and all the folks in the Service Department from Michael McCracken to the Bluetooth person (sorry I can not remember your name) … all of you are the best people and experience we have ever had in New Mexico since we move here in 2001. Don Chalmers created a business that all of you continue to support in the most positive and highest way. We did not know that there was so many folks in New Mexico that cared about service to customers. The F150 looks like an angel ready to take us on fun journeys for the rest of our days on earth. We have named the truck our “White Maverick” in honor of John McCain service to our country. We are grateful … Thank you all so much millions of times more.

Lackluster Experience

My girlfriend recently visited this dealership to get her car repaired and they said it was going to be over two weeks before they could start working on it. That coupled with the fact that when we arrived we were not greeted and they made it seem we were an inconvenience made this experience not good. Sadly, we won't be back.

Always a good experience dealing with Diana Treat.

Don Chalmers and Diana has been my only service used since 1999. The service provided has always been perfect, never worry that needed service is not an honest evaluation of my vehicles. I have two vehicles that are serviced here the one now has 244000 miles the other 137000 miles and both operate perfectly due to the excellent service provided by the service department. Diana is always polite, friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles and able to get the work done as promised.
