Horrible Beyond Imagination!

We were in search of a used vehicle with a no down payment option. They gave us a used car, BUT WITH A 2,000 dollar down payment! We barely had enough for this, but we needed the car. We placed a 2,000 check down. The day of signing they asked for another 500 because it was required for approval! if we got approved with a requirement of 2,000 then why add on an extra 500.00 later?! I told them I was not financially situated to place another 500.00 down. They gave me till Oct 27th as long as I gave them a check good for 500. Well GREG IN FINANCING gladly took the check and CASHED IT two days later causing my account to over draft and start getting late fees! Thanks a lot Don Chalmers! They gave me my 500.00 back to cover the late fees and another check to pay the actual fees. But they still want the 500 back. GREG IN FINANCING became a SNOB and didn't give me the great smiles on the day of signing when he was giving me my check back. Total dishonesty from this dealership. I have a vehicle with them already and I figured that since I chose them above everyone else I would get treated better! NOT THE CASE! They took 2,000 for a car that needed an alignment (Which they had to fix) and huge chips in the window WHICH THEY HAVE NOT FIXED AND WON'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT IT! I really hated the service with them. 3 weeks passed and already they took so much money from us when we weren't in a position to pay that much! I would seek other dealers if you don't make 1,000 of dollars a week to cover their messes!

Great service

Took in F150 for oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. Took about an hour. Service advisor was polite and professional. Waiting area was clean and quiet.

No Pressure.

There isn't much to dislike about this dealership and it's staff. Very professional and courteous. Customer service seems to be a declining art, but these guys got it right. Glenn is the guy. Very patient , knowledgeable , and relaxed. Was never pressured into making a deal. And actually left with a better deal than I intended. Here's the kicker, I've always been a GM guy. Great car buying experience.

Super Experience!

Outstanding service from your Coors location
