Unbeatable no pressure customer care from Glenn Aldrich!

I just want to express my appreciation to Glenn and the leadership at Don Chalmers. My wife and I had nothing but courteous and responsive multiple visits to your dealership and found Glenn to be the best auto salesman we have ever dealt with. Though we did not ultimately purchase a Ford this time, we are grateful for all Glen did to patiently work with us trying to satisfy our vehicle needs. We'll be back next time we need to purchase a car. Thank you, Glenn

Pleasantly Surprised!

When I made my appointment with Trevor, he said my car would be completed by 3:00 PM. I brought my car in for an 8:30 AM appointment. Trevor called at 9:30 AM and apologized for having the car ready so soon. APOLOGY ACCEPTED! GREAT WORK!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

I have now purchased my third vehicle from Don Chambers Ford and I will continue coming back. Dave Piazza is our sales guy and he is truly Amazing! I purchased a 2017 Edge and I just love it. Fantastic Experience

We worked with Edward Herrera through the purchasing of a 2017 Ford Edge. Edward was attentive throughout the experience and he made our time at the dealership very efficient. He treated every question with a sense of urgency. He was GREAT to work with! We also worked with John Navelli for financing and he was also great to work with. He explained everything to us and made it clear he valued his work with Don Chalmers. I appreciate that. Great people and great service!

Extremely pleased with my experiance at this Dealership,

This was my second stop looking for s small SUV. My first stop was to look at the Chevrolet Equinox and the dealership salesman left a lot to be desired. He did not even attempt to meet me in pricing. I did tell them fine, I was going to Don Chalmers Ford because I spoke to Glenn Aldrich on the phone and he assured me that he was certain we could put a deal together. The last Ford that I bought was back in 1968 when I was Stationed in Florida. I do not recall what happened with that car but I have owned GM cars since, I should say UP UNTIL NOW THAT IS. I am a proud owner of a 2017 Ford Escape. I know that is all because Glenn Aldrich took the time to work with me. The Dealership is the best I have had any dealings with and I have worked for other dealerships before in managerial positions. I can not praise Glenn Aldrich enough for his way of doing business. He truly puts the customer first.

Repaired air diverter part

Trent got me in and out in about 10 minutes since is was such a simple repair that needed just a clip underneath the car.

Glenn Aldrich is the best!

Glenn is about as kind and easy to talk to as any selection specialist I've ever met. He concentrates on budget and priorities first, then finds the best vehicle for his customers to fit their need and their income. I'd recommend Glenn to anyone that is looking their a quality vehicle at a fair value. Its so nice to have someone like that to refer my family, friends, and colleagues to.

Great experience

My experience began 1 year ago when I purchased a car for my son at Don Chalmers and up to this date, there has been not one problem with his car. So in turn I went to upgrade my car for something more current and what do you know. I had the same experience from last year, this year. My salesperson was attentive to all my wants and needs and put me in a car I love. He checks on me to make sure all is great and I look forward to seeing him when I go for my oil changes. Glen made my experience better than I walked in feeling. He took the time to listen to what I needed and when something was available, contacted me and again I am very happy with all. I am keeping my ears to the ground to see if anyone at work needs a vehicle so I can send them to Don Chalmers. I will never shop anywhere else. Thank you Glen for your patience and for sticking with me.
