New F-150 purchase
In my 40 plus years of buying new cars, I hate the process. Until now. Without a doubt the courtesy, efficiency, and attention to detail were superb. A special recognition to John Fife whose professional appearance, demeanor, and help were the best I have encountered in many years. He not only listened to me, he heard what I was saying and quickly ascertained my needs. John Navelli made the paperwork process quick and painless. I did not get the usual pressure to get all the "add on's". Once I made a decision he did not try to push anything on me. It all started while I was on the computer doing some research on the F-150 and before I got off the computer, within minutes, Amy called me and told me what they had available considering what I was looking for. Three other dealers sent me a reply but never called. Respect, courtesy and friendliness across the board. Excellence in Customer Care
I have been going to Don Chalmers Ford for more than a decade. I am seldom given anything except excellent care both for myself and my car. A loaner is always afforded me. I am called when anything changes and my requests have always been met. As a matter of fact In one case when they couldn't fix my A/C they replaced it at no charge. That is service! Chip Stites.

Excellent exprerience,
I have always hated going to purchase a car. My son has brought 3 Ford trucks from Don Chalmers. He recommended we visit Don Chalmers. It was an excellent experience from the beginning through to the end. We had already visited other dealerships. Most of the other experiences we okay, but certainly did not compare with our experience at Don Chalmers. We will definitely recommend them to our friends. When we left, we felt like me had made a new friend with our sales person, Demetrium McKay. Five stars (*****) for the entire group a Don Chalmers.

Excellent Ford Service
Everyone at Don Chalmers was very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, the service technician Mike Zeyen was great. He diagnosed the problem with our 2010 Ford Focus and was extremely patient and honest in explaining everything about it -- he is the best auto service mechanic that I have ever had the pleasure to know. Don Chalmers Ford is the only Ford dealership in the Albuquerque area that I would recommend, and I highly recommend it.

Recall service on my Escape
All the prearranged services were completely fulfilled. The service writer was waiting at the appointed time. The rental car was available and the completion was ahead of schedule. I was able to get my car earlier than expected. No waiting and the courtesy through out was excellent. Thanks Don Chalmers.

The customer service was above and beyond what was expected. The facility is great----very nice, clean and inviting. Great Experience
I walked to Don Chalmers Ford from my home. It took about 25 minutes. I left with a new Ford Focus and the whole experience from sales, to finance, to parts and service was excellent. I ordered several extra items, mud flaps and tinting. The Allstate Office on site was also very helpful in insuring that I had coverage. Thank you

Warrenty work
Our Edge has warranty work required for the fuel line. They also replaced a front passenger door lock switch that had not worked since we purchased our Edge. We were able to bring the car in when it fit our schedule and all work was completed as requested and on time.
