I scheduled an appointment for my 2020 Ford Ranger to get

I scheduled an appointment for my 2020 Ford Ranger to get serviced (The Works oil change). The Quick Lane was a little busy on Wednesday May 7, but they get your vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I will bring my Ranger to the Quick Lane in the future.

Chris Thomas the salesman was great!

Chris Thomas the salesman was great! I wish I was able to do the whole paper work with him as well. Going to the back having to sign with a different person you didn’t build trust with didn’t feel comfortable I didn’t even know the guys name.

Logan showed up at my house on time, clean, friendly and

Logan showed up at my house on time, clean, friendly and knowledgeable He started the scheduled recall software update and checked on the other open recall on my 2023 Maverick. While the software update was being done, Logan completed the wiper motor inspection. The 2 recalls took about 1.5 hrs. The mobile servic÷ provided is an outstanding program, it should be heavily marketed. It was one of the most positive interactions I have ever had with an auto dealership. Keep up the good service!

We purchased a new 2025 Bronco.

We purchased a new 2025 Bronco. The experience was great. I have to say that our sales person, Mike Trujillo, went well above great. He listen to my wife and I and presented options and delivered on everything we discussed. Mike made this auto purchase experience one of the best I have had in buying autos the past fifty years. Ford service tech came to my work place to fix an easy

Ford service tech came to my work place to fix an easy recall on my Maverick. Saved me a lot of time from having to take it to the dealership for a day. Service techs were very respectful and finished an upgrade in a timely manner.

Quick Lane tech did not seem to care about how he

Quick Lane tech did not seem to care about how he presented the car back to me. The seat was push all the way back, grease left on steering wheel, and a good half gallon of blue and black liquid dripped on my garage floor overnight. I hope the oil change and tire rotation was done right considering how sloppy the obvious red flags were.
