We started at Smith using the Service Department. But as time went on, we decided that if the service department was that good, how would the sales department be. I can tell you, one compliments the other. No high pressure, no trying to sell me something I didn't want. Very professional and personable, would recommend to anyone. Steve was excellent to work with.

I was helping my mom find a new car. She wanted something that was reliable, good gas mileage, and something that wasn't too small. She was coming out of a 2 door car. I went to high school with Kendall and I had seen all his post about deals on cars and such. So one day I decided to contact him. I think we went back and forth for a month or more. He was AWESOME!!! My mom has a budget and needed to stay within a certain amount for a monthly car payment. He was so helpful when it came to the financing and honestly we tried several different ones. He finally had something she could afford and we live in Little Rock now and we drove to Ft Smith and we had a few issues when we got there, but no worries Kendall had it under control!! My drove away in a 2012 Chevy Sonic!!! She loves it and is exactly what she needs/wanted. Recently I was granted the Opportunity in getting my very First Car. I had researched a few other places before having my mind set on Smith Nissan. I could not be more pleased with my 2011 Kia Sorento. I was looking for a newer used vehicle with the space & comfort for my family of 6 with decent gas mileage to boot. I went in after looking at an internet price figuring the price would be much higher. They had the car and it had even more dealer added touches as no cost. The process is great as they walk you through the vehicle, show you the facility, introdouce you to the staff before you even start talking finance. They searched and came in at a price with an interest rate much better than Arvest bank to my surprize. Becky and her team went further than expected and in three hours drove off in a new rouge.

We were ready to purchase a 2013 Pathfinder and could not get any of our local dealers to "work" with us on pricing.
