I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYONE EVER. WORST SERVICE IVE HAD. THE PEOPLE WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I SUPPOSEDLY HAVE WARRANTY WITH THESE PEOPLE AND YET THEY DIDNT TRY TO FIX MY CAR WHICH I JUST GOT THIS PAST DECEMBER. THE DETAIL WORK WAS HORRIBLE I SENT IT.BACK 4 TIMES AND STILL THE CAR WAS HORRIBLY DIRTY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK UNLESS MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.

Great Communication
Took some time but they got it right. My vehicle had a lot of problems to start with, however Leticia Perez was able to answer all my questions and provide daily communication on the status of my vehicle. Thank you very much. Look forward to having my routine service done at Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep in the future.

Best Experience
My husband and I were looking to buy a family vehicle and had to get out of our current vehicle. We had been to many dealerships and no one would help us or just couldn't help us. We then purchased a vehicle at a local dealership and the finance fell through because of a mistake on their end so we went to Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep.The sales man that helped us (Damien) look at several different vehicles ( for hours) and put up with my husbands 101+ questions. And the sales manager (Brad) was amazing at making the vehicle that we really wanted work for our situation. I would recommend people to go to Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep for your vehicle needs. Not only was Damien and Brad friendly, so was the rest of the staff. They accommodated my children so we could look at vehicles and made the process easy. Thank you again for all the help and I hope that in the future we can buy another car from your dealership. :-)

Best experience I've had with a service department
Chad Hood was my service advisor when I dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee off to get some work done. He treated me and my car with a great amount of respect. He got the repairs done in a timely manner and kept me in the loop through everything. Chad did a great job and when my jeep needs work done in the future I will be giving him a call.

Miracle makers!
This is the one place to go when you think you can't. I owe alot to the staff here. They create miracles and also make lives less complicated. I love you guys and because of you I can start my life over. God blessed me with Bakersfield crysler jeep.

1st experience
I brought my jeep in for a recall on a part. While I am unable to speak to the quality of the repairs, I can say that Chad and the rest of the staff were professional and had me in and out in a short amount of time.

my nightmare
Well my experience with jeep has been a night mare . First the ran my credit check 20 times in 1 month knock my score way way down. Then they promise 2 free oil changes and now they choose not to honor it because they don't have those notes in their system. I would not recommend jeep of bakersfield to anyone. Go out of town they will treat you better then bakersfield jeep. Thought I share my personal recent experience with jeep in hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

GREAT SERVICE!
Came in for an oil change and Chad offered me a great deal on an oil change deal where i buy them in advanced and get a big discount! I bought the package and was in and out of the dealer ship in about a half an hour. Great service and friendly employees!

Fiats rock!
Came in for an oil change and was greeted a young blond guy who was very nice. He brought me to Chad in service who answered a few of my questions about my fiat. Very nice people working there!

Fast and easy!
Came in for an oil change and my tire light being on. Chad was the service guy who was very funny and nice and did my paper work. He took care of me from start to finish and i was about in and out in about 45 minutes or so. Always coming here for my service!
