We have been searching for the best deal on a used Jeep for awhile, looking online, newspaper ads, asking around and even driving to different out of town dealerships that promised the lowest prices guaranteed. But we still did not find the right Jeep that had everything we wanted at a decent price, until today. One of the contacts (Adriana) asked us to come in and look at what they had, since they were local we decided to go. I talked to Jose Garcia when I went into the dealership. He gave us a better than used car price on a new 2013 Jeep, with everything we wanted. Needless to say how happy we are to have our new Jeep.

Very willing to work with you
Very willing to work with you is the key. And Daniel was awesome to work with and Brad working with him made it happen for me. And at the time of my shopping quest, I was not even considering a new car. While I am glad they are importing from Detroit, because I was looking at imports. I have purchased various vehicles in the past and some of my dealer experiences I would not wish on another person. But to give accolades to Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep is beyond any review I could write. Daniel and Brad and all the staff Thanks from Emmanuel.

Awesome experience
My wife and I drove onto the dealership lot and saw the car that she had found on-line the night before, we asked a salesman if we where correct and he said, "yes". We told him we wanted that car and said, "Follow me!" We are in our 60s, live on a fixed income, and have "iffy" credit, but they worked us a deal and we left the dealership with a (new to us) car. They were AWESOME. We recommend this dealship to anyone who wants freindly salesmen, good service, and a dealership who is really looking to put you in a car, any car, as long as you are happy.

Bakersfield's best dealer
We had such a great time buying a Jeep Wrangler for myself we went back the following week and bought my wife a Chrysler Sebring. Everyone was so nice and helpful our Salesman "Damion" was great he listen to what we wanted and found it for us. Brad the sales manager was very friendly and he made it happen. Rommel the finance manager was very nice and answered all our questions. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car. When we bought my wife's car it only took an hour and a half. Everyone there is helpful and so nice. we had a bad experience at another lot prior to buying the Jeep and now we are glad we came to Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep. Thank you to everyone one there what a great team of people.

Wonderful, easy experience
Sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He was able to explain most details about the many options that are on the car I purchased. Working on the final price was straightforward with very little wasted motions. The dealership itself is a clean modern facility, and everyone that has interacted with me has been genuinely eager to make sure my experience is as efficient and pleasureable as possible.
