Could have been better
First of all, when I started my search, I input the distance that I was looking.... This was outside my search. Not sure why it even showed me vehicles on this lot? Secondly, no where did it say that this lot was located in heber springs! I would have stopped right there! Too far! Very nice vehicles tho! But since I looked at SEVERAL cars on many different lots, it would have been EXTREMELY HELPFUL if when I was notified that I knew WHICH vehicle I was being contacted about! I was very hesitant to respond to any of the dealers because I had NO CLUE which vehicle I was being contacted about!

Outstanding Customer Experience
The team at the Red River dealership goes above and beyond expectations in every way. We trade vehicles about every two years and have purchased over 20 vehicles over the past 40 years. This team's approach and professionalism is the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with hands down. We had researched our latest purchase for months and had sent out emails as well as made personal contact with dealers in 6 surrounding states and Red River was the best of all contacted. Even though this was a "skinny" deal for them, their customer service was still excellent. We arrived, took delivery, signed all paperwork and were on our way in less than 2 hours. Charles "Chee Chee" Tamburo our sales associate was in contact with us any time we had questions or concerns. Jason Armstrong also went out of his way to help us when we arrived. This was not his sale, so that was refreshing to have someone demonstrate concern even when they are not directly benefiting. Mitch (GM), Ryan (Finance), and Andrew Brewer (Finance) were also cordial AND available for us at any time. This is especially rare in today's market. If you're in the market for any Mopar product or preowned vehicle, THIS is the place to go!

Great experience
Once we found the jeep we wanted, we was set up with a salesman at Red River. Very outgoing young man and informative. We exchanged info pertaining to the jeep so he could start the process. Would recommend him to friends and family.

I bought a new 2008 Big horn edition 4x4 from them in 08. The truck still had plastic on the sides like it just came off the factory line....one thing wrong with it...dent in the door, it was the color I wanted and the salesman Joey Goshier something, said they would fix it and led me to think everything would be ok that they would fix it. After several months went by and after several phone calls back to them nothing was fixed. Now it's 2013 and I sold the truck in 2012 with the dent still in the door and why I'm writing this review in 2013 is I'm sick and tired of listening to their ads on the radio about how good they are etc...and plus I found the yellow slip WE OWE YOU FOR THE DENT that I just put away and never touched it again till now. That's one reason heres the second one...my air went out in the hottest day here in Arkansas that they said bring it up here and will look at it. I did they order the parts since it was still under warranty and said they would call me to come back and they would fix it. That was on a Friday when it came around to the next Friday and nobody called me, I called them back and the Jacka$$ never even order it...so after giving the parts guy a few choice words I asked them do I have to use them or can I go somewhere else...I did and got it fixed the same day at another dealership. Red river can kiss it along with their false ads about being number one on anything. If they had a -star on costumer service I would choose that.

Andrew Bradburn was an upbeat, enthusiastic, and extremely professional salesperson. Chris and I enjoyed working with him and will not hesitate to come back to the dealership the next time we need a new truck. We live in an RV and were traveling through Arkansas on our way back to Key West and needed a Ram diesel 2500 to pull our Jayco Eagle. Everyone in the dealership was polite and full of energy, it was great to see such a booming business. Daniell Travis did a really nice job with our financial paperwork. Got really good service and a pretty good price
Shopping for my used car, I did a lot of research and found a car at a dealership. They communicated with me by email. Setup a time for me to come in and test drive the vehicle and things progressed from there. Great customer service, nice staff and they worked with me on the price. I'd go back again for my next car when the time comes.
