WOW!!
We traded my 4 runner in for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The finance company had a hiccup but that is NOT any reflection of the dealership. In fact, Matt, the finance man who helped us was able to get it resolved at a rate of only 0.9%!! I started working with a young man named Josh ( super sweet and professional) and was actually turned over to Kyle ( Josh had drill- Thank you for service BTW) Kyle was fantastic! Stuck with me and my 900 questions/ text... I can be extra but he was a super trooper! LOL Once we got to the dealership to sign, the entire staff was welcoming and very polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND KYLE!!!

Christina Dewberry went beyond the call of duty. We told her that we wanted a Jeep the morning of 10/20/21 & it was delivered to us that night & our old vehicle was picked up with a great trade in. The gentlemen delivering the Jeep & picking up our old vehicle & getting the paperwork to us to sign was great!

Fantastic experience
Just purchased my 2022 Wagoneer from Red River Jeep,my second purchase this year from this Dealership.Christina Dewberry was my salesperson for both transactions.”Tina” was an absolute delight to do business with.She was very was very professional and thorough.I recommend her highly to anyone considering a vehicle purchase!!!!!!

AMAZING!
Micheal and Brian are two great salesman! This place really goes above and beyond to help anyone get a good reliable vehicle. They definitely are not like other car dealerships that are just about money. They are very good people. A big thank you also goes to Joe Lee for helping as much as you possibly could!

Worse dealership
When I got the paper work they charged me more than agreed upon price. Immediately after purchasing noticed a speaker blown which took several calls and complaints, a month later had an appointment to replace it. The replacement speaker didn’t work correctly either. And don’t bother calling these people because they NEVER return your calls!!!

Bait and Switch
This dealer has had a new Ram 2500 adverstised on cars.com for more than a week now. I've inquired 4 different times to the dealer with the simple question of confirming whether the vehicle is still available. Either I'm ignored or they ask that I call them but they will not confirm it is available. This is clearly a case of "bait and switch" in that they are trying to get me to call in so they can try to sell me a more expensive vehicle as the one advertised is well below what is currently being offered by most other dealers. I'm reporting them to cars.com for this unethical practice.

I traded my 2014 Ford F-250 for 2020 Ram 3500 Limited....
I traded my 2014 Ford F-250 for 2020 Ram 3500 Limited. Tina was my salesperson and did a wonderful job. She got me the lowest price and the best trad-in price for my truck. I searched all over Arkansas and went down to Houston,TX to see if I could get a better deal. Red River Dodge blew them all out of the water. We are not talking about a few hundred dollars we are talking thousands of dollars. This was my first Dodge. They did such a great job I even had my daughter buy one of their used vehicles the same day.

Had been shopping online for a few months prior to finding the perfect automobile for our family when we saw” The ONE “at Red River Dodge/ Chrysler/ Jeep in Heber Springs, Ar. John Brown was our first point of contact and we were relieved to find that not only was he professional... There was NO pressure and haggling.. We came in and was welcomed with a smile and made to feel like family and left with a great deal!!

Horrible service all around!
I'm on my second used "certified" vehicle from this dealership and i've had the worst experience in my life. Ashley in parts and service is super rude with you if there is a issue with your vehicle, Sean one of the mangers says my car was certified and Amanda who sold me the SUV said they don't do certified vehicle anymore even though we was under the impression it was certified with only 59,000 miles on it. my SUV had a busted sway bar bushing on the drivers side, the rear view mirror was from a charger when my SUV is a dodge journey and my radio was unplugged so when i presented this issue with a manger he acted like he had better things to deal with me and couldn't give me a straight answer for my questions. absolutely worst buying experience all around. Not to mention my nissan xterra i bought from them before this SUV they told me it was never in a wreck but when i went to trade it in to a different dealership they said it was hit by a "railroad vehicle" 3 months before i owned it which when we asked for carfaxx but was insured it was in good standing, so therefor the only way to get out of my xterra and not be upside down was red river dodge which they admitted to the not giving me the car faxs. DO NOT use red river dodge in Heber springs!
