Great attention to details!
After an oil and change service also washed and cleaned my car. Left a note saying that it was pleasure to take care of my car and then when I ask about a scratch that I had on the car from parking somewhere, they were quick to work on polishing it out. They explained what was the proper polish to use with scratches so if I had any in the future I would know what to use. Excellent service.

I have bought many cars from diffee over the past twenty five years. I didn't matter where in the United States I lived I always went back to Diffee. I have even sent my daughter to them and they treated her like family. I will always be a Diffee fan and customer!

Very Easy To Work With!
I purchased a new 2015 F-150 XLT Sport 4x4 Supercrew. Everything was easy and I did not feel pressured or like anyone had the "used car salesman" mentality. I do believe I paid a little more than I would have at another dealership, but the experience was much less stressful and I felt that everyone was respectful and easy to work with, so the additional cost was okay with me. I will be back when I'm ready for the next truck! Thanks!

1st service visit with F 150 truck
This was my first service visit with my 2015 F 150 truck. The service was provided in a timely manner. I also had concerns about blind spots with the mirrors on my truck. Particularly the drivers side. The salesman, service manager and mechanic said they had not had any complaints on this. It is definitiely an issue and everyone who has driven my F150 agrees. The Mirros are smaller than those on previous vehicles. This needs to be addressed. I also complained that when I was driving with cruise control the vehicle reacted in a much different way than my previous (2010 and 2012) F 150 trucks. When I tap the break the cruise control went off but the vehicle did not slow down. The mechanic explained that the 2015 truck had a different engine and transmission than my previous F 150's. He said I would have to actually push on the brake pedal after releasing the cruise control before the truck would slow down.
