Diffee Ford Lincoln

We purchased 2 vehicles. Lorne, our salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable about the different models and features. It was a very enjoyable car-buying experience.

Buying a new vehicle was a pleasure. Since purchase, almost nothing has gone right. Problem with getting the vehicle, defective radio,two days back at dealer did not repair, no response to phone calls.

It was wonderful as usual. I've dealt with Differ for over 20 years because of their honesty and courteous treatment. Dennis always finds the vehicle I want and gets it to me quickly.

They are always helpful at Diffee and I feel they do what needs to be done. Everyone has always been friendly with me. I just didn't understand about the rewards program when I bought my car and signed up. I called out there today and the wonderful lady explained it to me so I was wondering if you send out reminders on What my rewards are.

I am very specific on what vehicle I want and how I need it. Loran Hall at Diffee did a great job to meet my demands.

This is the fourth time my car has been in for the same service. Loren and Phil are great to work with. I am hoping this is the last time and it is fixed for good. If not I know I will get the same caring and thoughtful service I always do. I love the loaners, I just love my car more.
