Normally, shopping for a car is an uncomfortable experience, with high pressure salesman and pushy inflexible finance people. This was the first time I have ever been to a dealership where I felt in control. From the time I arrived on the lot to the time I drove away in my new car, this experience was absolutely professional and pleasant. Not only will I be recommending Diffee Ford/Lincoln to anybody I can, but i dont think ill even consider any other place when it is time for me to purchase my next vehicle. They made buying a vehicle the experience it should be! I thank all of you so very much!

2008 Ford Escape Hybrid AWD CVT. For the most part it was a pleasant buying experience. I had done my research and I knew what the trade-in value of my trade vehicle was. Sure enough the offer from Diffee was right in the ballpark. No Low-Balling involved. How refreshing! If I had to be picky it would be when we discovered a couple days later that the horn did not work. I would think the horn would be one of the things you would check before you put it on the sales lot. But the dealership fixed it no problem.

I purchased my 2011 Ford Fusion from Diffee in ElReno. The purchase experience was friendly, quick, and easy. The entire process was actually enjoyable. They made me feel impirtant. I love my Fusion and the times i need to take it to the shop for scheduled maintenance, or an occasional issue, the service department has been amazing! From the moment I drive up, they come out to greet me at my car, talk to me about what I need or the problem I experienced, then they walk me inside to the wsiting area. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with television, water, coffee , and soda. Soon the service rep returns and sits down with me to go over what was discovered or what scheduled maintenance will be performed. This is such a great step! I might not always know the exact items we are discussing but the service rep takes the time to explain. i feel more informed about my car and not stupid like i felt at other dealers! When the work is completed, the friendly lady at the checkout is a joy to talk to and again makes me feel appreciated. She always offers me a snack for the road from a lovely basket of cookies, trail mix, and crackers. When I go out to my car, the service staff thanks me for coming in and when i get in my car, it is clean and smells nice - not like a greasy garage! The entire experience at Diffee is incredible! I have made them my lifelong Dealer for all my vehicle needs and would highly recommend them to everyone!
