Excellent experience

Laid back, no pressure, friendly people and environment. Staff worked very hard to accommodate our every need as well as to make sure what we thought we wanted in our new F150 was provided. Best buying experience we have enjoyed. We will, and have recommended Diffee Ford to others.

Great People / Hard working for the customer

Struggling to get finance after a traumatic experience of having my source of income removed when a series of incidents virtually unemployed me. 1. My F350 Superduty was stolen with all my tools, work computer and all related credit cards, check books and cash. 2. GEICO took nearly 2 months to settle for less than the payoff or worth of the truck. 3. My lender (ACU of Texas) did not work with me and reported those two months as late anyway taking my mid 600 credit score to a whopping mid 500 then turned around by having the nerve to deny me another loan telling me to bring up my credit score and come back in 6 months,(wha?) Thank you Diffee for getting me back to work. Love the new truck and we'll be back for sure.

Great Service

Had a recall taken care of on my MKS. The staff was very professional. They also took care of my telescoping steering wheel. It had stopped working properly.they gave me a nice MKZ for a loaner, while they fixed the issues on my MKS. I live in Moore and drive to EL Reno for maintenance because of the great service and exceptional staff.

Best Dealership in Oklahoma!!!

Service Writer met me at the car. Took care of everything. It couldn't have been anymore convenient and pleasant than it was. Great Service!!!!!

new car

Went to buy and MKZ, after driving 3 of them I was just not satisfied, then Jerry said why don't you drive one of these, it was an MKC. I loved it. Didn't even have to drive out of the parking lot to decided this is what I wanted. Then they made me a great deal, no haggling, it was awesome!!
