Outstanding Service and Friendly People!

Your service area is over the top! Really nice, and a t.v. In the restroom! Stay above the norm and stay righteous.

JEFFREY TULLER, CUSTOMER (DRIVING CARS #3 AND #4)

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, BUT I WAS KIND OF DISAPPOINTED THAT THE SERVICE ON MY CAR HAD BEEN COMPLETED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NO ONE HAD NOTIFIED ME. IF I HADN'T ASKED HOW LONGER IT WOULD BE BEFORE MY VEHICLE WOULD BE READY I'M NOT SURE HOW LONG I MIGHT HAVE SET IN FRONT OF THE FLAT SCREEN. RECEPTIONIST WAS NICE AND VERY APOLIGETIC, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT MISTAKES CAN HAPPEN.

Professional Service Staff/Technicians

The Service Department is always so polite and professional. My car was cared for and returned to me clean and well serviced. I wouldn't take my car ANYWHERE else, in fact I drive up from Plano, TX just to return to Diffee Motors for my automotive needs!

Great service, great new look

I have been doing business with the Diffee family for over 30 years and would not buy a car anywhere else. I have had multiple cars from them. Currently have a 2014 Explorer, 2013 Mustang and a 2006 Mustang. Rarely if ever do I need service work outside of regular maintenance however I had a minor issue with the differential on my Mustang. They provided me a very nice loaner car to drive. I was out of town when my car was ready so they brought it home to us and took back the loaner car. Outstanding service. Proud to have Diffee and Ford on my cars.

Ms. Patricia Gatewood

Overall everything was very good. A little bit of a communication problem, felt like loan processing started before I knew exactly how much the purchase price would be. Have dealt with Diffee many times and Brad has always helped us and we have always been satisfied with him. He is very helpful and friendly and would continue to seek his help finding a vehicle if need be.

Servicing the Edge for a long drive.

I had them check the edge completely, we (wife) are taking a vacation soon. We wanted a complete check up, it was a very good experience. Phil the service rep kept me updated until the process was done. Was a great experience, I have many friends there. While the edge process was taking place, I got to visit some friends that work there. The Diffee family knows how to treat their customers, respectfulness and kindness was shown at all times. Getting Engine Light Problem fixed

Staff was fine. Had to wait over three hours to find out what was wrong with my Lincoln MKX. They did not charge me for an oil change which was nice.

Their staff is always trying to see to my welfare. If the service is going to take longer than 2 hours, they give me a loaner to drive. Very courteous and helpful
