Our service needs were simply the first oil change after purchasing our 2014 Expedition back in November of 2014. However, I was very pleasantly surprised that the service was done so quickly. Granted, there were only two other gentlemen in the service waiting area while I was there, but I still was surprised that I spent so little time in service. The service was good but I don't like the distance that I have to drive. It takes 1/4 tank of gas.

We had to replace our car after ours was totalled in an accident. The sales staff was wonderful. Three months later, that car was lost in a tornado. The compassion and caring your staff showed during our second purchase was over the top!!!!

I love Diffee Ford. The service department is so friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. The waiting room is stocked with drinks, comfortable chairs, and a big-screen TV for our convenience. The lady who works in billing is always so friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next oil change for my 2012 Explorer.

Diffee always does and excellent job! From the time you look at a car until it's time for a new one, they are always honest and do an excellent job taking care of every person! I will never buy from anyone else as long as I am here in the USA. Great people, great service, great company!

Ford 250 Superduty Lorne was very helpful. He showed me how everything worked and gave me a good deal. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.
